  • Patent number: 12112839
Abstract: A method and system comprising storing a set of user application programs each requiring an application specific subset of data to perform application processes and generate a respective genomic variant characterization for each of a plurality of patients with cancerous cells and receiving cancer treatment. The method including, obtaining clinical records data including cancer related information, generating genomic sequencing data for the patient's cancerous cells and normal cells, shaping at least a subset of the genomic sequencing data to generate system structured data. Storing the system structured data in a first database, selecting the application specific data from the first database, storing the application specific data in a second database for application program interfacing, receiving the respective genomic variant characterization from the user application program, and storing the genomic variant characterization from the user application program in a third database.

  • Publication number: 20240312581
Abstract: A method for identifying actionable care events includes receiving data sources relating to a subject; storing data from them in a first database; generating a database comprising structured data fields and metadata fields from the sources; generating output data related to fields within the data or metadata fields; populating the database with the output data; generating criteria sets corresponding to respective actionable care events; evaluating the generated database using the criteria sets; identifying whether any of the criteria sets are not sufficiently satisfied by the database, wherein an underlying error or an indication of missing or incomplete information within the database with respect to a criteria set indicates a corresponding actionable care event; determining that other data sources within the collection do not sufficiently satisfy any of the identified criteria sets; and generating, based on the identifying and determining, a notification that at least one actionable care event applies.

  • Patent number: 12093966
Abstract: A micro-application framework includes instantiating, on a client computer, a user interface configured with a hosting application operable to execute one or more micro-applications. During runtime of the user interface, a request for a CRM function is received. A request is sent for a micro-application that corresponds to the requested CRM function. The user interface receives from a server hosting the micro-application a data package that includes the micro-application corresponding to the requested CRM function. The executable code in the data package is executed in the hosting application via the execution environment. One or more interactive areas are rendered that are configured to display information pertaining to the requested CRM function.

  • Publication number: 20240291834
Abstract: Access to emails delivered to an employee of an enterprise is received. An incoming email addressed to the employee is acquired. A primary attribute is extracted from the incoming email by parsing at least one of: (1) content of the incoming email or (2) metadata associated with the incoming email. It is determined whether the incoming email deviates from past email activity, at least in part by determining, as a secondary attribute, a mismatch between a previous value for the primary attribute and a current value for the primary attribute, using a communication profile associated with the employee, and providing a measured deviation to at least one machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20240248898
Abstract: In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a method including: executing a first query, at a predefined time interval, against a target datastore for insight records related to an entity identifier; storing results of the first query as a record set, wherein the record set includes one or more existing insight records, and wherein each existing insight record includes connection information for connecting to a corresponding insight datastore; executing insight retrieval logic for each insight record in the record set, wherein the insight retrieval logic executes a second query against the corresponding insight datastore and retrieves a new insight value from the corresponding insight datastore; persisting the new insight value in a new insight record in the target datastore; and sending the new insight record as a communication to a recipient.

  • Publication number: 20240171596
Abstract: A message addressed to a user is received. A first model is applied to the message to produce a first output indicative of whether the message is representative of a non-malicious message. The first model is trained using past messages that have been verified as non-malicious messages. It is determined, based on the first output, that the message is potentially a malicious message. Responsive to determining that the message is potentially a malicious email based on the first output, apply a second model to the message to produce a second output indicative of whether the message is representative of a given type of attack. The second model is one of a plurality of models. At least one model included in the plurality of models is associated with characterizing a goal of the malicious message. An action is performed with respect to the message based on the second output.

  • Patent number: 11973772
Abstract: Conventional email filtering services are not suitable for recognizing sophisticated malicious emails, and therefore may allow sophisticated malicious emails to reach inboxes by mistake. Introduced here are threat detection platforms designed to take an integrative approach to detecting security threats. For example, after receiving input indicative of an approval from an individual to access past email received by employees of an enterprise, a threat detection platform can download past emails to build a machine learning (ML) model that understands the norms of communication with internal contacts (e.g., other employees) and/or external contacts (e.g., vendors). By applying the ML model to incoming email, the threat detection platform can identify security threats in real time in a targeted manner.

  • Publication number: 20240073082
Abstract: The system receives an indication of an issue associated with a wireless telecommunication network and an indication of an operator capable of resolving the issue. The system sends a notification to an AR/VR device associated with the operator. The notification indicates the issue and prompts the operator to join a virtual collaboration room. The system receives a request to join the virtual collaboration room from the operator based on a gesture or a voice command detected by the AR/VR device. The system creates the virtual collaboration room, via a 5G wireless telecommunication network, including a screen shared among multiple operators. The system records operations performed in the virtual collaboration room until a resolution to the issue has been determined.

  • Publication number: 20230289868
Abstract: An online concierge system receives a search query from a client device. The online concierge system identifies a set of matching items from an item database. The matching items correspond to the received search query. The online concierge system obtains, from a hierarchical item taxonomy, a category label for each matching item. The item taxonomy relates each item in the item database to one of a plurality of category labels. The online concierge system groups the matching items by the category labels for each of the matching items into one or more groups. The online concierge system generates instructions for a user interface. The user interface includes a scrollable list of one or more carousels. Each carousel includes a scrollable list of a group of the one or more groups. The online concierge system sends the instructions of the user interface to the client device for display.
