    Abstract: Combine harvesters are provided for use in harvesting seed corn from corn plants in fields. In connection therewith, a method for producing such seed corn from the corn plants, for use in growing subsequent corn plants, includes measuring a moisture content of corn kernels on ears of the corn plants in the field and removing, by one of the combine harvesters, the ears of corn from the corn plants when the moisture content satisfies a threshold moisture content. The method then includes separating the corn kernels from cobs of the ears of corn onboard the combine harvester and collecting the separated corn kernels for use as seed corn, whereby one or more subsequent corn plants can be grown from the collected corn kernels.

The battery pack includes a battery pack housing, at least three terminals, and a plurality of battery cells. The battery pack terminals include a positive terminal, a negative terminal, and a sense terminal. The at least three terminals are configured to be interfaced with the power tool terminals. The plurality of battery cells are arranged within and supported by the battery pack housing. Each of the battery cells has a lithium-based chemistry and a respective state of charge, and power is transferable between the battery cells and the power tool. A circuit is configured to monitor the battery cells, detect a charge imbalance among the battery cells, and prevent the battery pack from operating when the charge imbalance is detected.

The transfer of power from the battery pack to the hand held power tool is controlled by the control component and the switch based on one of a battery pack state of charge and a respective state of charge of one of a plurality of battery cells. A discharge current of the battery pack is regulated based on the switch being controlled into one of a first state and a second state by the control component to selectively enable the transfer power from the plurality of battery cells to the hand held power tool.

    Abstract: A system and method for generating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images is provided. The MRI system is directed to perform the dynamic contrast enhanced imaging study of the subject by exciting a two-dimensional (2D) slice within a portion of a field of view (FOV) of the MRI system and acquiring imaging data from the 2D slice by sampling k-space in a pseudorandom manner using sampling trajectories extending between a center of k-space and peripheral areas of k-space. Thereafter, the 2D slice is slid to another portion of the FOV at a velocity selected to be greater a velocity of the motion of the subject and the process is repeated for each of a plurality of 2D slices to create images of the subject where artifacts induced by the motion of the subject are reflected as geometric distortions.

The MR image data is jointly reconstructed into spatial and spectral images by resolving spatial information from spatial encoding associated with each of the oversampled points and resolving spectral information from the phase differences between the oversampled points.

The method utilizes an assumption that the image magnitude is shared across a series of images reconstructed from a set of phase contrast enhanced k-space data. In this manner, one common magnitude image and a plurality of phase images are reconstructed substantially contemporaneously from the acquired image data. The method is further applicable to other phase contrast MRI methods, such as phase contract velocimetry. Moreover, simultaneous phase contrast velocimetry and chemical shift imaging, in which water and fat signal separation is achieved, is provided.
