  • Publication number: 20240042130
Abstract: A method includes measuring a fluid pressure of fluid in a fluid supply line of an infusion pump. The fluid pressure includes a motor pressure and a patient pressure. The method also includes determining the patient pressure. The determining includes removing, by an adaptive filter, to remove the motor pressure from the measured fluid pressure. The removing includes generating a predicted motor pressure based on the current of the motor, generating an error signal based on a comparison between the predicted motor pressure and the measured fluid pressure, and removing the motor pressure from the measured fluid pressure when an error value indicative of the error signal is less than an error threshold. The method also includes adjusting, based on the patient pressure, a setting of the infusion pump. Related methods and articles of manufacture, including apparatuses and computer program products, are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11854894
Abstract: Integrated circuit cell architectures including both front-side and back-side structures. One or more of back-side implant, semiconductor deposition, dielectric deposition, metallization, film patterning, and wafer-level layer transfer is integrated with front-side processing. Such double-side processing may entail revealing a back side of structures fabricated from the front-side of a substrate. Host-donor substrate assemblies may be built-up to support and protect front-side structures during back-side processing. Front-side devices, such as FETs, may be modified and/or interconnected during back-side processing. Electrical test may be performed from front and back sides of a workpiece. • Publication number: 20230325903
Abstract: A system may include a platform for an application to support processing flows for a service provider, such as ordering, sales, support, service delivery, and related process flows. The system may provide a limited set of application programming interfaces (APIs) that map to an application's user-experience page flows. The APIs may always appear to the application that the interaction process completed successfully—even if human intervention is required—to allow the application to complete the transaction. The system may have the ability to recognize the same user, and leverage that user's behavior across interactions with multiple sales channels. The system may thus provide, in one aspect, an enhanced user experience for ordering and maintaining complex service and equipment offerings.

  • Publication number: 20230197860
Abstract: A metal chalcogenide material layer of lower quality provides a transition between a metal chalcogenide material layer of higher quality and a gate insulator material that separates the metal chalcogenide material layers from a gate electrode of a metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) structure. Gate insulator material may be more readily initiated and/or or precisely controlled to a particular thickness when formed on lower quality metal chalcogenide material. Accordingly, such a material stack may be integrated into a variety of transistor structures, including multi-gate, multi-channel nanowire or nanosheet transistor structures.
