  • Patent number: 10853792
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed in which cash deposits may be made at merchant locations who support such deposits. Using a mobile phone or other hand-held device, a bank customer requests a cash deposit from a banking app, receives a barcode on the mobile device, the barcode containing embedded information indicating the cash deposit amount, and presents the barcode to the merchant, along with the cash to be deposited. Once the transaction with the merchant is complete, the account of the bank customer's account is credited with the cash amount. The bank uses behavioral and historical data of the bank customer to customize a cash deposit limit for the customer.

  • Publication number: 20200139660
Abstract: A dunnage conversion machine converts a sheet stock material into a dunnage product that is relatively thicker and less dense than the stock material. The conversion machine includes a conversion assembly that draws the sheet stock material therethrough and randomly crumples at least a portion of the sheet stock material. Before severing a discrete dunnage product of a desired length from the substantially continuous length of sheet stock material, the random crumpling is minimized or eliminated in an area to be cut to reduce or eliminate the production of scrap shards of sheet stock material during the cutting operation.

  • Patent number: 10621661
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for automatically re-routing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In one implementation, a system for automatically re-routing a UAV includes at least one processor configured to: retrieve a plurality of requests to deposit currency using the UAV, generate a first route including at least two of the requests such that an associated expected total amount of currency is less than a depository threshold; transmit the first route to the UAV; receive, from the UAV, an indication that an amount of currency collected at a location is greater than an amount of currency included in the request associated with the location; revise the expected total amount accordingly; when the revised expected total amount exceeds the depository threshold, generate a second route having an associated expected total amount below the depository threshold; and transmit the second route to the UAV to override the first route.

  • Patent number: 10592077
Abstract: An artificial intelligence-based system and method for automatically generating and adjusting tags associated with one or more UI/UX related components or features is provided. Analysis may be performed on the data collected by the one or more tags so that design change recommendations can be dynamically recommended and/or implemented. When design changes are implemented, the system may automatically reconfigure or adjust all relevant tags. The AI-based system may be a standalone platform or may be incorporated into existing UI/UX programs.

  • Publication number: 20200034787
Abstract: An intelligence platform determines that a package was delivered to a location, and receives real-time information associated with the package or location. The real-time information includes sensor data received from one or more sensor devices disposed proximate to the package, or third party data received from one or more third party devices associated with a geographic region that includes the location to which the package was delivered. The intelligence platform determines, using a machine learning model, a score for the package based on the real-time information, where the score predicts a measure of vulnerability of the package, and determines whether to retrieve or protect the package based on the score. The intelligence platform selects an unmanned vehicle (UV) to retrieve or protect the package based on vehicular data, and transmits instructions to the UV to cause the UV to navigate to the package and retrieve or protect the package.

  • Publication number: 20190022084
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for promoting survival of, or axon regeneration in a lesioned mature central nervous system (CNS) by contacting the neuron with a therapeutically effective amount of an exogenous activator of protein translation. Detecting the resultant promotion of the survival of, or axon regeneration in the neuron may further be performed. The methods may be performed using an inhibitor of phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN). Pharmaceutical compositions and preloaded devices for use in the methods are also disclosed.
