  • Publication number: 20240289946
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for estimation of vital signs using camera data. In one or more examples of the disclosure, a RGB camera (i.e., a visible spectrum camera) can be used to collect imaging data of one or more subjects. The acquired video can be analyzed to determine the presence of a region of interest (ROI) in the field of view of the video. Using the pixel information of the identified region of interest, the system and methods can estimate both heart rate and respiratory rate of a subject by observing the periodicity of change in color of the pixels in the region of interest. The change in color can be monitored by determining the power spectral density (PSD) of each pixel and monitoring the changes in PSD over time.

  • Patent number: 12061559
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for minimizing the effects of RowHammer and induced charge leakage. In examples, systems and methods for preventing access pattern attacks in random-access memory (RAM) are provided. In aspects, a data request associated with a page table may be determined to be a potential security risk and such potential security risk may be mitigated by randomly selecting a memory region from a subset of memory regions, copying data stored in a memory region associated with a page table entry in the page table to the second memory region, disassociating the second memory region from the subset of memory regions and associating the memory region associated with the page table to the second memory region, and updating the page table entry in the page table to refer to the second memory region.

  • Publication number: 20240214547
Abstract: Methods, devices and systems are disclosed for improved depth perception in stereoscopic night vision devices. Among these are embodiments for aligning information overlays in the stereo view with associated objects, and for generating stereo information from single lenses or intensifiers. In some illustrative embodiments, a camera and position sensor are provided for at least two viewers, e.g., a pilot and a copilot, such that when a scene overlaps between viewers, the system produces a stereoptic scene, in which the users can more accurately determine a difference in depth between two or more distant objects. An illustrative binocular night vision system uses a high-resolution depth map to present binocular images to a user. In some embodiments, supplementary content can be overlaid, with an appropriate binocular disparity that is based on the depth map.

  • Publication number: 20240128945
Abstract: A flexible multi-path RF adaptive tuning network switch architecture that counteracts impedance mismatch conditions arising from various combinations of coupled RF band filters, particularly in a Carrier Aggregation-based (CA) radio system. In one version, a digitally-controlled tunable matching network is coupled to a multi-path RF switch in order to provide adaptive impedance matching for various combinations of RF band filters. Optionally, some or all RF band filters include an associated digitally-controlled filter pre-match network to further improve impedance matching. In a second version, some or all RF band filters coupled to a multi-path RF switch include a digitally-controlled phase matching network to provide necessary per-band impedance matching. The first coating material can comprise a first resin. The second coating material can comprise an antimicrobial material in a second resin or a dispersion. The first coating material can have a lower concentration of the antimicrobial material than the second coating material. The first and second coating layers can cooperatively define a composite film. The antimicrobial material can be asymmetrically dispersed in the composite film such that the antimicrobial material is concentrated closer to the outer surface of the composite film than to the inner surface of the composite film.
