    Abstract: Provided herein are systems, devices, and methods for performing optical multianalyte detection in a sample, such as a human blood sample. The system processes sample in a single-use support pack that holds the blood sample and contains pipette tips, buffers, reagent preparation wells and a monolayer. Sample is transferred from the sample pack to a single-use disc consumable that contains microwells pre-filled with dried chemistries, plasma separation features, and a hematocrit channel. The instrument comprises a cell imager, an absorbance module comprising a spectrophotometer, a fluorescent laser scanning module, and a camera. The system uses only a small amount of blood from a single heparinized sample, to simultaneously provide results for a full panel of routine blood tests spanning elecochemistry, clinical chemistry, hematology, immunoassays and combinations thereof.

The device may include a frame in which the extremity is located, and optionally fabric or other material draped around at least portion of the frame. These may be positioned so as to avoid contact with the extremity. Air may be distributed in an interior region within the frame, e.g., to regulate the temperature therein. The delay elements provide delayed signals responsive to the received signal. Respective ones of the delayed signals include delayed versions of the received signal. The combination circuitry combines the delayed signals to generate the reduced slew rate signal. Delays associated with the delay elements are chosen to reduce emissions of one or more predetermined frequencies of the reduced slew rate signal as compared to the received signal.

Each event neural network may process the messages of the conversation to generate an event score that indicates a match between the conversation and the corresponding event. The event scores may then be used to select one or more events.
