By providing the marker tracking method in augmented reality using dense image alignment, it is possible to guarantee high tracking accuracy even with a single camera and eliminate any restriction in the tracking area in the case of using a plurality of cameras.

Accordingly, the squidtocin and the pro-sepiatocin according to the present invention can be used in various ways in the field of prevention, amelioration, or treatment of V1B receptor-related diseases.
