    Abstract: Disclosed is a chemical cleaning process for removing fouling from process lines of oil refining or petrochemical plants. The process lines are in an on-line state and a chemical cleaning agent is circulated through the process lines to remove the fouling. It can effectively recover the thermal efficiency in oil refining processes or petrochemical processes within a short period of time, so that significant energy consumption is reduced. Furthermore, the chemical cleaning process requires a shorter cleaning period and therefore allows for a longer operating time. It can also dislodge fouling without opening heat exchangers or other equipment thereby preventing the release of VOCs. As a result, environmental pollution is not generated. The present invention is also ecconomically favorable as it extends the time between periodic maintenance.

The sense FET includes a main cell array of MOSFET cells connected in parallel, and a main pad connected to the sources of the main cells. A plurality of unit sense cells are arranged in arrays, and also optionally in groups corresponding to portions of the arrays. A plurality of sense pads are electrically insulated from each other. Each sense pad is connected to the sources of the unit sense cells of either a complete sense cell array, or of a group corresponding to a portion of an array. Every sense pad is connected either to the sense resistor or to the main pad. When connected to a sense resistor, the corresponding unit cells are used as sense cells.

The carrier module includes a body having an insertion groove formed therein in a predetermined direction and holes, an elastic unit inserted and fixed to the insertion groove, for being elastically moved upward and downward, a latch installed on upper portion of the elastic means, for fixing an IC device, and a pin for fixing the latch by being inserted and fixed into the body, wherein the IC device is fixed or released by operation of the latch. The carrier module has a structure permitting the latches to be pressed at both sides thereof, and therefore the present invention provides an easy machining and assembling of the carrier module, and lowers the production cost by reducing the number of parts.
