The message service provision method comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a message server, a request for issuing link information for an open chat room via a message application; receiving, from the message server, link information generated in response to the request for issuing link information; sharing the link information according to a request for sharing inputted by a user of a host terminal; and performing chatting with a user of a guest terminal participating in the open chat room by means of the shared link information; wherein the user of the guest terminal and the user of the host terminal are users who subscribed to a message service provided via the message server.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a system and method of determining muscle efficiency and inefficiency in a patient or subject and being able to quantitatively determine measurements that communicate between practitioners the condition, the health, and the efficiency state of any muscle. The efficiency of a muscle is defined by the ability of the brain to bridge a proper communication to the muscle by sending normal action potentials; the bridge is often compromised during injury, improper training, or from poor habits of bodily movement. The standardization of these efficiencies allows for the isolation of particular areas of the muscles that are inefficient and efficient. Further, with varied application of specific electrical pulses, a bridge that mimics the natural action potential is provided and can enhance muscle efficiency in a way that achieves higher levels of success in bodily healing and physical training than in any prior art.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a bismuth vanadate electrode including vanadium-functionalized graphene quantum dots and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, it relates to a technology which is capable of, by adding graphene quantum dots (GQDs) in the process of immersing a bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) electrode in an alkaline solution to remove vanadium oxide (V2O5) excessively formed on the surface of the electrode during its preparation, protecting the electrode from the alkaline solution as the graphene quantum dots are adsorbed onto the surface of BiVO4 while V2O5 is removed, and improving the efficiency of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) when applied to a photoanode due to vanadium (V)-functionalized graphene quantum dots formed as the etched vanadium ions ((VO)43?) are adsorbed onto the graphene quantum dots.

The method and test device permit pen-side testing of animals and provide test results within a relatively short time period. In a preferred embodiment, the method and apparatus provide a means for differentiating between FMDV-infected and FMDV-vaccinated animals.
