A liquid crystal display device includes pixels which are arranged close to each other without having a signal line in a boundary on a substrate, and a counter electrode, an insulation layer and a pixel electrode which generates an electric field between the pixel electrode and the counter electrode which are sequentially stacked in each pixel. The pixel electrode is constituted of a plurality of electrodes which are arranged in parallel in a state that the electrodes are overlapped to the counter electrode and include portions which are arranged close to the pixel electrode of another neighboring pixel. A conductive layer is provided between a boundary portion of the pixels arranged close to each other and between a layer on which the pixel electrode is formed and the substrate.
