    Abstract: The present invention relates to a template for the application of permanent and conventional eyebrow make-up. The template has a passage formed in the shape of a human eyebrow, and has either adhesive coating on one side to hold to the forehead or uses an elastic band to mount. A horizontal control line and vertical control lines are formed in the template to provide a reference guide to correspond to lines drawn near the eyebrows of the face by a cosmetic make-up specialist during the application process. Apertures in the template are positioned for the marking of registration points.
