Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to embodiments of harnesses for supporting and improving comfort of a bicyclist while riding a bicycle. In at least one embodiment, the harness includes a support portion, which supports and contacts hips or a waist of the bicyclist, and a saddle contact portion, which supports and contacts a gluteus maximus (i.e., posterior, rear, butt, etc.) of the bicyclist. The saddle contact portion raises or suspends a perineum area (e.g., an area between the anus and the vulva or scrotum of an individual) of the bicyclist (i.e., rider, operator, user, etc.) above the saddle of the bicycle such that the perineum area does not contact the saddle of the bicycle while riding the bicycle. The harness is adjustable by a plurality of adjustable straps that are coupled between the support and the saddle contact portion.

  • Patent number: 10657986
Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods for use in imparting linear tonearm tracking for a record player are provided. The systems can include a joint member having three separate movable connections to a tonearm, guiding slot and slidable pivot base, wherein a rear pivot location of the tonearm is on the slidable pivot base. A movement of the tonearm can cause the joint member to adjust a position of the slidable pivot base, as a function of a configuration of the guiding slot, and this combination of interactions is combined to impart substantial linear tracking for the tonearm.

  • Patent number: 7295436
Abstract: A power supply housing (12) is mounted inside of a computer housing (10). Housing (12). It includes components (34) that generate heat when the computer is being used. The power supply housing (12) is sealed in order to make it leak proof. A radiator is positioned outside of the power supply housing (12). It includes a coil assembly having an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is connected to an outlet leading out from the power supply housing (12). The outlet is connected to the inlet of the power supply housing (12). During use of the computer, a cooling fluid is circulated through the coil assembly of the radiator and the power supply housing (12). A fan is positioned outwardly of the radiator and is used to cool the cooling fluid when it is in the coil assembly of the radiator.

  • Patent number: 7286355
Abstract: A plurality of pouch bodies (14, 16, 18) are supported side-by-side from an assembly that includes a manifold block (26). The manifold block (26) includes an inlet manifold (28) and an outlet manifold (30). A liquid coolant (e.g. water) is delivered into the inlet manifold (28) via an inlet fitting (32). The liquid flows from the inlet manifold (28) into and through inlet passageways (36) which connect the inlet manifold (28) with inlet fittings (22) leading into a common end of the pouch bodies (14, 16, 18). The cooling liquid flows into the pouch bodies (14, 16, 18) and through them to outlet fittings (24) at the opposite ends of the pouch bodies (14, 16, 18). The coolant flows from the outlet fittings (24) through outlet conduits (38) to and into the outlet manifold (30). The coolant flows from outlet manifold 30 out through an outlet port (34). Electronic components to be cooled are placed between the pouch bodies (14, 16, 18).

  • Publication number: 20070133171
Abstract: Electrical components that generate heat are housed within the body (18) of a housing (12). The housing body (18) is preferably a one-piece extrusion closed at its ends by end walls (20, 22). An inlet fitting (40) in end wall (20) communicates with an adjacent end of passageway section (34). The adjacent end of passageway section (36) communicates with an outlet fitting (42). In use, a body of a cooling fluid is placed inside of the housing (12) in contact with the electronic components in the housing (12) that generate heat. A second cooling fluid is introduced into the inlet (40) and caused to flow through first the passageway section (34), then through a passageway section in end wall (22), then through the passageway section (36) in sidewall (28), and then out through the outlet fitting (42). This circulating cooling fluid removes heat from the housing (12) and the cooling fluid inside of the housing (12).
