Publication number: 20240065670Abstract: An image-free ultrasound system comprises ultrasound transducers, an ultrasound module, flow restrictors, a pulse detection module, and a measurement module. The ultrasound transducers are positioned at arteries to generate first signals based on blood flow and pulse propagation in the arteries. The ultrasound module is in communication with each ultrasound transducer to generate characteristic waves based on the generated first signals at the ultrasound transducers. The flow restrictors at the arteries restrict blood flow and to generate second signals based on the blood flow in the arteries. The pulse detection module is in communication with each flow restrictor to generate pulse waves. The measurement module is in communication with the ultrasound module and the pulse detection module to receive the generated characteristic waves and the pulse waves respectively, where the early vascular health markers are measured by the measurement module based on the characteristic waves and the pulse waves.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: JAYARAJ JOSEPH, NABEEL PILAPARAMBIL MASHOOD, MALAY ILESH SHAH, RAJ KIRAN VANGAPANDU, MOHANASANKAR SIVAPRAKASAM

Patent number: 11570260Abstract: A network monitoring system may receive a configuration request to generate a configuration file associated with collecting feature or debug data associated with a feature, hardware, or software associated with a network device. The network monitoring system may determine a command profile associated with the feature, hardware, or software that identifies a set of commands associated with obtaining the feature or debug data from the network device. The network monitoring system may determine respective parameters of one or more commands of the set of commands. The network monitoring system may determine, based on the respective parameters, respective arguments of the one or more commands. The network monitoring system may generate the configuration file based on the respective arguments and may perform an action associated with the configuration file to permit the configuration file to be used to collect the feature or debug data from the network device.Type: GrantFiled: September 30, 2020Date of Patent: January 31, 2023Assignee: Juniper Networks, Inc.Inventors: Alaa Aboeloula, Mayank Kiran Shah, Dongxu Tian, Girish Solur Virupakshaiah, Arun Soman, Karthikeyan Sundaram, Ranpreet Singh, Alberto Sierra, Shijo Thomas, Carlos Roberto Serrano Ferreira

Patent number: 11310116Abstract: Features are disclosed for facilitating remote management of network directories of organizations by a directory management system. The network directories may change over time, experiencing growth in size and number of current connections, increased latency, reduced performance, and the like. The network directories may also shrink over time, experience fewer connections, etc. Organizations can define scaling policies by which the directory management system can automatically respond to the occurrence of various events, such as changes in the size or usage of the organizations' network directories, by scaling resources associated with the directories. The directory management system can perform various scaling actions on-demand or without requiring additional action by the organizations, thereby reducing the time and effort required by the organizations to monitor their own directories and implement (or request implementation of) changes.Type: GrantFiled: July 15, 2019Date of Patent: April 19, 2022Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Gaurang Pankaj Mehta, Shon Kiran Shah, Sameer Palande

Patent number: 10908937Abstract: A customer utilizes an interface provided by a virtual computer system service to provision a virtual machine instance and join this instance to a directory. The interface may have previously obtained the domain name and the Internet Protocol addresses for one or more directories available to the customer for joining the virtual machine instance. The virtual computer system service may communicate with a managed directory service to obtain a set of temporary credentials that may be used to transmit a request to the directory to allow joining of the virtual machine instance. Upon provisioning of the instance, an agent operating within the instance may be configured to obtain the domain name and Internet Protocol addresses for the directory to establish a connection with the directory. The agent may also be configured to obtain the set of temporary credentials to transmit a request to the directory for joining of the instance.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2013Date of Patent: February 2, 2021Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Shon Kiran Shah, Gaurang Pankaj Mehta, Thomas Christopher Rizzo, Guruprakash Bangalore Rao

Patent number: 10652235Abstract: A centralized policy management may allow for one set of credentials to various applications and services offered by a computing resource service provider or other third-party servers. An entity responsible for the administration of a directory made available through a managed directory service may specify one or more policies for users and/or groups of users that utilize the directory. For example, the managed directory service may include a policy management subsystem that manages a set of policies for users and/or groups of users that controls a level of access to applications and services. Administrators can assign one or more policies to a user or a group of users and users can select one or more policies provided to the user by the administrator when attempting to access an application or service.Type: GrantFiled: March 4, 2019Date of Patent: May 12, 2020Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Gaurang Pankaj Mehta, Shon Kiran Shah, Neelam Satish Agrawal, Lawrence Hun-Gi Aung

Patent number: 10447610Abstract: Techniques for connecting computer system entities to remotely located computer system resources by redirecting locators are described herein. A computer system entity that requests access to a computer system resource may first obtain an identifier for that resource and, based on the identifier, may determine the region for that resource. A routing service then resolves the locator to locate a content management system that stores executable scripts that provide access to the computer system resources by redirecting the locator. The location of the executable scripts is based at least in part on the processing of the locator by the content management system.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2013Date of Patent: October 15, 2019Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Shon Kiran Shah, Guruprakash Bangalore Rao, Thomas Christopher Rizzo, Connor John Yorks, Kevin Gillett, Gaurang Pankaj Mehta

Patent number: 10205717Abstract: Systems and methods are described for providing federated access to end-users of virtual machines. The method includes receiving a request from a user to access a resource outside of the user's original security domain. The user's existing security credentials are forwarded to an authentication entity, which determines if the user's credentials are authentic. If it is determined that the user's credentials are authentic, the user's target identity provider generates a security token that provides the virtual machine user with access to the resource, the resource residing in an external security domain. The user may log on to the virtual machine with access to the desired resource, subject to the privileges identified in the security token.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2013Date of Patent: February 12, 2019Assignee: AMAZON TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Shon Kiran Shah, Ajit Nagendra Padukone, Deepak Suryanarayanan, Erik Jonathon Tellvik, David Everard Brown
