  • Patent number: 8372257
Abstract: A suspension type electrodeposition coating composition containing, as a resin component, block copolyimide having a siloxane bond in a molecular structure and an anionic group in a molecule. Preferably, the above-mentioned block copolyimide contains, as one of the diamine components, diamine having a siloxane, bond in a molecular structure. In addition, preferably, the above-mentioned anionic group is a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof and/or a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof. The electrodeposition coating composition has superior heat resistance, which does not easily develop peeling and cracks in the electrodeposited body, and is capable of efficiently forming a high-insulation electrodeposited film superior in the uniformity of film property.

  • Publication number: 20080237034
Abstract: A target containing an indium oxide and a tin oxide is used and sputtered particles from the target are transported by a forced gas flow of a sputter gas onto an organic substrate and deposited on the organic substrate while applying a DC bias voltage or an RF bias voltage to the organic substrate. The organic substrate is close to the target so that it is positively acted on by plasma. Thus, an ITO transparent conductive film having a resistivity of 10?3 ohm.cm or less is formed on the organic substrate. The formed ITO transparent conductive film has a ratio of 1:1 or more and 4:1 or less between the peak intensity of the plane and the peak intensity of the plane of the indium tin oxide in X-ray diffraction.

  • Patent number: 6869228
Abstract: The ferrule of the present invention comprises a ferrule main body including an insert pipe defining an outer circumferential surface of the ferrule main body and a molded plastic member disposed inside the insert pipe integrally therewith and having an optical fiber receiving bore in an axial center thereof; and a tubular base portion molded onto a rear end of the ferrule main body. Because the outer diameter of the ferrule main body is defined by the insert pipe, the rigidity, circularity and dimensional precision of the outer diameter can be improved. Because the base portion is molded separately from the ferrule main body, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the production cost can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 6698939
Abstract: A number of holes (3) are formed in the outer circumferential wall (2) of a tubular metallic pipe (1) at regulator intervals in both circumferential and axial directions. Each of the holes (3) consists of a polygonal opening (4) and raised pieces (5) formed by bending the material from the peripheral edge surrounding the opening (3). This pipe may be used as an insert pipe in injection molding an article such as a lead screw, an optical fiber ferrule or the like. The raised pieces reinforce the part of the pipe surrounding each hole, and enhances the bonding between the molding material and insert pipe.

  • Publication number: 20030235373
Abstract: In a multi-core ferrule for mounting two or more optical fiber cores, the core receiving bore is defined by a plurality of bore parts each having a circular cross section which are arranged in mutually parallel and contiguous relationship. Because the core receiving bore of this ferrule is formed by closely arranging a corresponding number of core receiving bore parts each having a circular cross section one next to another, the size of the outer diameter is minimized, and the ferrule is therefore adapted for a larger number of cores and a more compact design. Preferably, the bore parts communicate each with an adjacent one of the bore parts via a longitudinally extending narrow gap. The core pins for defining the core receiving bore are arranged in a mutually parallel and contiguous relationship so that they support each other against bending or other damages that could be caused by the pressure of the injected molding plastic material.
