  • Patent number: 11311018
Abstract: A method and a device for separating shirred casing sticks, where a row R1 with a first number of consecutively disposed shined casing sticks in a shined casing stick storage is pushed in a first stroke cycle by a pusher along a sloped plane in the direction of a separation edge and one after the other over the separation edge and, once the last shined casing stick of the row has been pushed over the separation edge, the pusher moves back along the sloped plane and takes a row R2 with a second number of consecutively disposed shined casing sticks and pushes them in a further stroke cycle in the direction towards the separation edge, characterized in that a control device determines the filling level of shined casing sticks in the shined casing stick storage from the number of shined casing sticks pushed over the separation edge.

  • Publication number: 20150208716
Abstract: Various systems and methods for the production of formed foodstuff are provided. In one example, a method for producing formed foodstuff comprises filling n-successively circulating molds with a foodstuff mass with a conveying device, wherein, during a first filling period the conveying device is controlled in a first filling mode such that a predetermined portion of a filling volume of a mold is filled, and subsequently, during a second filling period, a remaining portion of the filling volume of the mold is filled in a second filling mode in which the conveying device is controlled in response to a filling pressure such that a predetermined filling pressure is set in the mold.

  • Patent number: 8445728
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for reprocessing a liquid product of a hydroformylation reaction, wherein the liquid phase produced in a release stage is supplied to a separating device from which a liquid flow containing rhodium is guided away via a filter, where solids thereby separated are taken out of the process and the filtrate obtained is guided back into the hydroformylation reaction.

  • Patent number: 8231442
Abstract: A method and a device for separating a sausage chain into single sausages, where filled, portioned sausages are initially transported with a first transport device and with a second transport device arranged behind the first transport device in the transport direction T. The portioning point between two consecutively arranged sausages is enlarged due to the transport speed of the second transport device being faster at least intermittently than the transport speed of the first transport device. The sausage chain is then parted at the portioning point in the second transport device.

  • Patent number: 8173847
Abstract: Aldehydes are produced by unmodified rhodium catalyzed hydroformylation process in a homogeneous organic phase using a solution of unmodified rhodium catalyst and an organic acid in a total amount, calculated as acid equivalent, of from greater than 3 moles to 3000 moles of acid per mole of rhodium. The organic acid is selected from: saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acids having from 5 to 13 carbon atoms in the molecule; saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids having from 5 to 13 carbon atoms in the molecule; sulphonic acids having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms in the molecule; and combinations thereof. Use of the process can lead to either a significant increase in conversion without reducing selectivity for the desired aldehyde or a reduction in the specific use of rhodium.

  • Publication number: 20090212064
Abstract: The invention is directed to a transport system for blister packages or the like, with a boom for mounting on a vertical wall or the like. Guided in the boom is a finite chain formed of hooks such that it is slidable by hand out of a lower groove section via a turning point into an upper groove section and vice versa, within guide grooves extending along the two groove sections and the turning point. Blister packages or the like which are suspended from the hooks can be removed by hand only in the region of the turning point. Preceding and following the turning point, there is formed between each pair of neighboring hooks a closed compartment which opens only in the region of the turning point for removal of a blister package or the like, so that only one blister package at a time can be removed from the chain. With the removal of each blister package or the like, the chain is advanced one step to the front, whereby a neat shelf profile is maintained automatically.
