Abstract: The table assembly comprises a first longitudinally grooved and elongated supporting member disposed substantially vertically. A mounting device removably connects the first supporting member to a fixed structure. A second longitudinally grooved and elongated supporting member is disposed substantially horizontally and bears a table plate at its distal end. The first and the second supporting member are connected together by a brace member. A first locking device is provided between the brace member and the first supporting member for locking the brace member on the first supporting member. A second locking device is provided between the second supporting member and the brace member for locking the second supporting member in the brace member at a selected height. The table assembly is easily adjustable in a wide range of positions and foldable away for storage. It is particularly well adapted for use on locations where space is limited, such as balconies, patios, decks, verandas, mobile homes, boats, etc.

Abstract: A drip dispenser incorporating (a) a backplate for securing the dispenser to a support, the backplate having a first longitudinal edge having at least one cover lock, a hinge bearing longitudinal edge, at least one hinge locking port, and a liquid container support; (b) a liquid reservoir attached to the backplate, the liquid reservoir having a drip outlet for dispensing a liquid from the dispenser; and (c) a cover having a first longitudinal edge, a hinge bearing longitudinal edge having at least one hinge lock, and at least one cover lock receptacle is provided. The backplate and the cover are joined along their respective hinge bearing longitudinal edges by a trifold hinge which can be maintained in a single folded position by insertion of the hinge lock into the hinge locking port and in a trifold position at which the cover extends across and completely covers the backplate, and therefore, the reservoir.

Abstract: A utensil assembly constituted by a set of utensils having long handles and differently-shaped implement components for handling or processing food, the utensils being supported at separated upright positions in a rack functioning as an organizer and a carrier for the set. The rack is formed by a rectangular pedestal plate having upturned ends to which a gridwork is secured. The gridwork is defined by a lattice bent into a tube having a rectangular cross section whose lower zone is defined by the adjacent ends of the lattice and is bridged across the upturned ends of the plate at the upper edges thereof. The network of cells created by the parallel upper and lower zones of the gridwork act as receptacles for receiving the handles of the utensils, each handle passing through a respective cell in the upper zone and a cell in the lower zone to rest on the pedestal plate whereby each utensil is supported at a distinct position at which it may be readily selected and removed from the rack.
