Here, a distance along the scanning direction from the CCD camera to the laser scanner is not less than a pitch of the alignment marks that are provided to respectively correspond to a trailing end and a leading end of the imaging region. According to this laser exposure device, even in a case in which a plurality of the imaging region is provided at a recording medium, an increase in a duration for forming images on the recording medium in accordance with an increase in imaging regions is prevented.

    Abstract: A vehicle engine is coupled to a driving system that includes a torque converter and an automatic transmission. An ECU sets a target value of an opening degree of a throttle valve based on a depression degree of an acceleration pedal. The ECU changes the throttle opening degree at a predetermined gradual change speed such that the throttle opening degree reaches the set target value. The ECU limits the gradual change speed of the throttle opening degree for a predetermined period such that a changing speed of the engine speed is suppressed at a reverse time when a direction of torque transmitted between the driving system and the engine is reversed. As a result, shock produced when the direction of torque between the driving system and the engine is switched is suppressed.

Preferably, Fe is 0.1% or less and Mn is 0.04% or less in the impurity element and, further, the total sum of impurity elements other than Cr and Mn being restricted to 0.1% or less. This invention can be utilized suitably to various materials used in high temperature corrosive circumstance, particularly, in high temperature corrosive gas or plasma atmosphere.
