  • Publication number: 20160082148
Abstract: Disclosed is a film which is able to suppress agglutination by being continuously adhered to an adhesion target portion in a biological body while suppressing a position shift. A film includes an adhesive and an adhesion inhibiting layer. The adhesive layer absorbs and maintains a liquid in a plurality of pores which are opened in one film surface and has a capillary force for adhering the adhesive layer to a first-cell group. The adhesive layer is formed of a biodegradable polymer. The adhesion inhibiting layer configures the other film surface, and inhibits adhesion between a second-cell group which is different from the first-cell group and the adhesive layer. In the adhesive layer, the pore is formed not to be penetrated in a thickness direction of the film, and thus the first-cell group and the second-cell group are separated into the one film surface side and the other film surface side.

  • Publication number: 20160059537
Abstract: Film, which has a fine structure and is adhered to various materials in an easy and strong manner without an adhesive agent, and a composite structure, film laminate, producing method and etching method, are provided. Solution in which a hydrophobic high molecular compound and a catechol group-containing compound are dissolved in solvent is cast, to form cast film. Dew is condensed on an uncovered surface of the cast film. The solvent and water droplets upon the condensation are evaporated from the cast film, to produce porous film. The porous film has a honeycomb structure in which plural pores are formed in one film surface. The pores are in a substantially equal shape and size, and are arranged regularly at a constant pitch. The film surface on a side having the pores of the porous film is a functional surface having an adhesive property.

  • Publication number: 20160046828
Abstract: A protrusion/recess structure in which fine particles will not drop easily and which will not be deformed easily is provided, and a producing method for the same is provided. In the protrusion/recess structure (porous film), protrusions or recesses (fine corrugations) are formed in a surface. The protrusion/recess structure is formed from plural fine particles and an amphipathic high molecular compound having a catechol group. The high molecular compound at least partially coats a surface of the fine particles, to adhere the fine particles to one another. A diameter of the recesses is larger than a diameter of the fine particles. Cast film is formed from solution containing the fine particles and the high molecular compound having the catechol group. Condensation on the cast film is performed, and organic solvent and water droplets created by the condensation are evaporated to produce the protrusion/recess structure.

  • Patent number: 9044899
Abstract: A solution of polymer uniformly dissolved into a solvent is prepared in a solution preparing step. The solvent contains good and poor solvent components for the polymer. The solution is discharged from a coating die to a support to be a coating film thereon in a primary body forming step. A water drop generating step and a fluidity decreasing step are performed in parallel with each other while wet air is applied to the coating film. Water drops are generated on a surface of the coating film in the water drop generating step. The good solvent component is evaporated from the coating film to decrease fluidity of the solution for forming the coating film in the fluidity decreasing step. In the water drop evaporating step, dry air is applied to the coating film. The solvent and the water drops are evaporated from the coating film to obtain the porous film.

  • Publication number: 20140065202
Abstract: A composite film comprises a drug sustained-release portion and an adhesive portion which are layered on each other. The drug sustained-release portion has film-like drug layers and a film-like biodegradable polymer layer. The drug sustained-release portion has the drug layer, the biodegradable polymer layer, and the drug layer in this order from the adhesive portion side. Each drug layer is a drug form containing a drug of a predetermined concentration or more. The drug is released from the drug layer exposed. When the drug layer disappears, a biodegradable polymer of the biodegradable polymer layer starts to degrade and/or dissolve. When the biodegradable polymer layer disappears, the drug is released from the drug layer adjoining the adhesive portion. A plurality of pores are formed in the adhesive portion. The pores retain water due to capillary force.

  • Patent number: 8518490
Abstract: In a coating zone, a cylindrical tube is soaked in and taken out from a solution, such that a coating film is formed on a curved surface of the tube. In a wet gas zone, while a first gas feeding nozzle having a gas outlet moves in a state where the gas outlet faces an outer peripheral surface of the tube, wet gas is blown toward the coating film through the gas outlet. Water drops are generated on the coating film and grown up. In a dry gas zone, as in the case of the first gas feeding nozzle, while a second gas feeding nozzle having a gas outlet moves, dry gas is blown toward the coating film through the gas outlet. Solvent and water drops are evaporated from the coating film. Pores form from the water drops as a template for the porous material on the coating film.

  • Patent number: 8357428
Abstract: After a second liquid is applied to a support and dried, a first liquid is applied thereon. On a film of the first liquid, a third liquid (water) is supplied in droplets using an inkjet-type liquid supply unit. An area supplied with the droplets is referred to as porous area. Next, an organic solvent is evaporated from the film and the droplets are evaporated from the porous area. Thus, a porous film is obtained. The porous film has the porous areas in which a plurality of pores are arranged. Since the droplets are directly formed by an inkjet printing method, a condensation process and a droplet growing process are unnecessary. Thus, the porous film is produced efficiently. Shapes of the porous areas can be changed easily. The porous areas can be formed on the porous film in various patterns.

  • Publication number: 20110117324
Abstract: A hydrophobic liquid containing a dispersion medium and fine particles is prepared. The fine particles have insolubility of a certain level in a predetermined liquid having a hydrophobic character. The hydrophobic liquid is applied to a support to be a film thereon. Wet gas is blown to the film. Water vapor is condensed from ambient air on a surface of the film to generate water drops thereon. A dispersion medium evaporating gas is blown to the film, such that the dispersion medium is evaporated from the film. A water drop evaporating gas is blown to the film, such that the water drops are evaporated from the film. Accordingly, the water drops function as the template for forming pores, such that the pores are formed on a micro protrusion-depression structure constituted by the fine particles.
