  • Publication number: 20180174989
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a production process for a solder electrode, including a step (1) of forming a coating film of a photosensitive resin composition on a substrate having an electrode pad; a step (2) of forming resist having an opening in a region corresponding to the electrode pad by selectively exposing the coating film to light and further developing the film; a step (3) of heating and/or exposing the resist to light; and a step (4) of filling the opening with molten solder while heating the solder. According to the production process for the solder electrode of the present disclosure, development of cracks on a resist surface can be prevented, and solder filling capability can be improved, even when the resist receives high heat during solder filling as in an IMS method, and therefore the solder electrode adapted for the purpose can be appropriately produced.

  • Patent number: 9648418
Abstract: Provided is an active noise cancellation apparatus capable of reliably reducing road noise by reducing vibration of a vehicle component part which generates road noise by using a vibration generator. A plurality of reference signal detectors are placed respectively on right and left knuckles for respectively supporting right and left wheels. A vibration generator and an error signal detector are placed on a vehicle component part. A controller performs respective adaptive controls based on each of reference signals and an error signal so as to reduce the error signal, and controls the vibration generator based on a sum of respective output values of the adaptive controls.

  • Patent number: 9344795
Abstract: Provided is an active vibration noise suppression apparatus having good robustness without determining a secondary transfer function while not performing adaptive control. A first control unit generates a control signal by a first adaptive algorithm as a direct adaptive algorithm. A storing unit stores an equivalent value Gh of a secondary transfer function G which is adaptively updated as an adaptive filter by the first control unit. A second control unit uses a second adaptive algorithm which uses the equivalent value Gh of the secondary transfer function G stored in the storing unit as a feedforward coefficient and updates a filter coefficient C2 of the control signal as an adaptive filter based on the feedforward coefficient. The second control unit generates the control signal by the second adaptive algorithm when the first control unit does not generate the control signal.

  • Patent number: 9283869
Abstract: Provided is a power seat device in which an operator can intuitively recognize an operation of a movable member. Operation units are provided in movable members in a power seat body. Each of the operation units includes a pair of electrodes and a dielectric layer formed between the pair of electrodes so as to be compressively deformable, and compressively deforms the dielectric layer by an operator's push operation. Driving devices are controlled so that the movable members move in the push direction of the operator based on the capacitance between the pair of electrodes changing with the compressive deformation of the dielectric layer.
