Abstract: A smart home network system with a method for registering new home devices includes a number of home devices, a smart gateway, and a register controller. The smart gateway assigns a register region and a region name in a mapping list stored in the smart gateway. The register controller generates and sends a registration command to the home devices in the area where the register controller is placed, in order to control the home devices to register their respective configuration information in corresponding register region in the mapping list. Therefore, the smart gateway is able to control each home device.

Abstract: A touch control method used for an electronic device storing a relationship table recording a mapping relationship between handwritten touch input and a number of commands includes the following steps. Display an electronic file. Sense a touch trace of a user on the displayed electronic file and generating a trigger signal if the touch trace forms a closed loop having an enclosed region. Sense handwritten touch input by the user within the enclosed region and generate associated signals. Recognize a circled path having an enclosed region as input by the user according to the generated signals. Determine a command associated with the sensed handwritten touch input according to the relationship table in response to the trigger signal. Retrieve content of the displayed electronic file displayed within the enclosed region. And execute the retrieved command to the retrieved content. An electronic device using the method is also provided.

Abstract: A bus stop includes a storage unit, a communicating unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The communicating unit communicates with a server which is in communication with a plurality of buses, a plurality of stops which the buses will pass, and current locations of the buses. The display unit displays at least one route consisting of a plurality of bus stops including the bus stop. The control unit generates a request signal carrying the location of the bus stop to the server. The server determines current locations of the buses on a route which includes the bus stop, compares the real-time locations with the location of the bus stop to select a nearest bus travelling towards the bus stop. The display unit display a mark marking the bus stop. A related system is also provided.

Abstract: A method for controlling light-emitting diode (LED) backlight modules applied in an electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first display and a second display. The second display includes at least two display areas. Each display area corresponds to one LED backlight module, and each display area displays option icons of an option type. The method includes: determining the file type of a file currently displayed on the first display and determining which of the option types the determined file type corresponds to; determining which of the at least two LED backlight modules the at least one determine option type corresponds to; and outputting control signals to turn on at least one of the determined LED backlight modules. A related electronic device is also provided.

Abstract: A method for inserting images includes the following steps. Sense a touch trace of a user forming a closed loop having an enclosed region and generating a trigger signal if the touch trace forms a closed loop having an enclosed region. Sense handwritten touch input by the user within the enclosed region and generating signals associated with the user's handwritten touch input. Display the closed loop and the sensed handwritten touch input of the user. Determine whether the sensed handwritten touch input associates with an image inserting command in response to the trigger signal. Retrieve an image selected by the user from a storage unit, if the sensed handwritten touch input associates with an image inserting command. And display the selected image within the an enclosed region of the closed loop. An electronic device using the method is also provided.

Abstract: An LED lamp includes a socket and a shallow dish-shaped body detachably connected to the socket. The socket is electrically connected to an external power source. The body includes a rear cover, a transparent front cover, a lamp board, a number of LED light sources, a driving circuit board and a fixing member. The LED light sources are mounted on the lamp board facing the front cover, wherein the LED light sources are visible from an outside of the transparent front cover when they are lit. The driving circuit board is electrically connected to the socket and the lamp board, and is configured for driving the LED light sources to emit light beams. The fixing member is configured for fixing the rear cover, the driving circuit board and the lamp board together.

Abstract: A method for controlling an intelligent lamp to work automatically according to people's habit includes generating a table in the memory, the table records values of a group of operational parameters of the intelligent lamp each time a user operates the intelligent lamp. Determining a frequent event and an accidental event in the predetermined time period in one day in last one week/month/year. Then obtaining all values of the operational parameters of the frequent events, and respectively calculating an accuracy value for each operational parameter according to an algorithm. In addition, controlling the lighting unit to work according to the accuracy values of the operational parameters, thus, an intelligent lamp for automatically working according to people's habit is also provided.

Abstract: A remote control system includes a remote control device in the hands of a user, a smart gateway, and a smart adapters and a number of home devices. The smart gateway is connected to each home device via the smart adapter and power lines. The remote control device communicates with the smart gateway, and sends control information for controlling a target home device with a UID code to the smart gateway. The smart gateway receives and converts the control information into a control command, then transmits the control command to the smart adapter. The smart adapter modulates the control command and converts between network protocols as required, to generate an effective control signal, then transmits the control signal to the target home device to control the target home device to execute a required function.

Abstract: An advertisement publishing method comprises following steps: recognizing current condition of the advertisement broadcasting terminal. Determining whether the recognized condition meets the publishing condition. Generating and sending a signal to the advertisement server to signal the advertisement server to provide an advertisement when the current condition of the advertisement broadcasting terminal meets the publishing condition. Generating an advertisement broadcasting interface and displaying the advertisement broadcasting interface on the display screen of the advertisement broadcasting terminal. Abstract: A smart controlling method applied to a smart home system for controlling a number of home appliances of the smart home system is able to learn the habits of the user in relation to the home appliances, deeming a control operation a habit when a certain controlling command is repeated for more than a predetermined number of times in a predetermined period. When the current certain condition value matches one of the habit certain conditions, the smart home system calls the corresponding habit controlling command to control the relative home appliance to execute the habitual operation. A smart gateway and a smart home system are also provided.

Abstract: A smart switch applied to a smart control system in a smart house, includes a storage, a voice input unit configured to receive vocal commands and convert the vocal commands to electronic data, and a remote control unit. A processor unit which includes a voice identifying module, a determining module, and a control module is also included. The smart switch recognizes a voice command and sends a remote control command to the target electronic devices, thereby controlling the electronic devices to execute an operation. A smart control system is also provided.

Abstract: A remote doorbell control system includes a smart doorbell device, a smart gateway, and a control device having a preset communication number. The smart doorbell device communicates with the control device via the smart gateway. The smart doorbell device includes a doorbell signal generating unit and a control circuit. The doorbell signal generating unit generates a doorbell signal when a visitor has arrived. The control circuit receives the doorbell signal and sends the doorbell signal to the control device, when the smart doorbell device is set to a remote answer mode. The control circuit further activates corresponding functions in response to control signals from the control device.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a smart lighting apparatus. The lighting device includes a power input device and an insertion slot. The power input device is electrically connected to a light source, and the insertion slot is installed between the light source and the power input device for receiving the smart card to manage the lighting device. The smart card has a power source and an ecosystem dimming device electrically connected with to the power source. The ecosystem dimming device controls the luminance of the light source with power-saving efficiency.

Abstract: A smart home network system includes a number of traditional home devices having wireless communication function, a smart gateway, and a plurality of signal conversion devices. When the smart gateway wants to control a traditional home device, the smart gateway sends a cable control signal to a related signal conversion device in the area where the target traditional home device is placed. The related signal conversion device receives the cable control signals from the smart gateway, and converts the cabled control signal into a wireless control signal conforming to the wireless communication function type of the target tradition home device, then transmits the wireless control signal to the target traditional home device. Therefore, the traditional home devices with wireless communication function can be connected into the system, and be controlled by the smart gateway.

Abstract: A smart power strip applied to a smart home system includes at least one socket connected to an electronic device, a plug configured to connect the smart power strip to the power supply, a storage, a wireless receiver, a Power Line Communication or Optical Fiber Power Line Communication modem unit, and a processor unit. The processor unit receives and stores wireless signals sent by a registration controller and generates a registration code, the Power Line Communication (PLC) or Optical Fiber Power Line Communication (OPLC) modem unit sends the registration code to the gateway via the power line, the registration code comprises a unique identification code of the smart power strip and a unique identification code of the registration controller. A smart home system is also provided.

Abstract: A smart switch applied to a smart home system is connected to a power supply and at least one electronic device. The smart switch includes a screen, a power detecting unit configured to detect real-time electrical information of the electronic device, a processor unit including a calculating module configured to calculate total electricity consumption of the electronic device and a control module configured to control the screen to display instantaneous electrical information and the total electricity consumption, and a communication unit configured to connect the smart switch to a gateway of the smart home system in wired or wireless manner, and send the electrical information and the total electricity consumption to the gateway. A smart home system is also provided.
