The method includes: providing a storage configured for storing a plurality of images; providing a cache memory configured for temporarily storing decoded images; invoking the images that are previously to and next to the currently displayed image from the storage, decoding the invoked images, and storing the decoded images in the cache memory; receiving an instruction from user input; determining whether the instruction is for displaying a previous image or a next image; and invoking the decoded image of the image from the cache memory and displaying the selected image. A related electronic apparatus is also provided.

The refreshing mode control module controls the electronic reader to operate in a refreshing mode. The display control module controls the display unit to firstly update the content of a block with the one or more shapes or figures, and then update with retrieved new content by refreshing the blocks one after another in a predetermined procedural order. One end of the cantilevered arm is fixed to the seat, and an opposite end is free. The cantilevered arm is deformable so as to enable the free end to actuate the micro switch, when the cantilevered arm is depressed. The actuated micro switch then generates a trigger signal. The encoder is configured to convert the rotation of the wheel to corresponding electrical signals, when the wheel is rotated. The processor controls the electronic device to perform preset functions according to the trigger signal or the electrical signals.
