    Abstract: A foldable electronic device includes a first casing, a second casing, a hinge structure and a foldable display. The hinge structure connects the first casing and the second casing, and includes a plurality of supporting blocks, a plurality of first hinge blocks and a plurality of second hinge blocks. The supporting blocks are arranged side by side between the first casing and the second casing. The first hinge blocks and the second hinge blocks are respectively arranged at two sides of the supporting blocks. One of the first hinge blocks connects two of the supporting blocks adjacent to each other. One of the second hinge blocks connects two of the supporting blocks adjacent to each other. The foldable display includes a first bonding portion secured to the first casing, a second bonding portion secured to the second casing and a foldable portion aligned to the hinge structure.

The communication structure according to the present invention includes a public network, a client network, a destination network, a first NAT, a second NAT. A DNAT-T proxy server is installed between the first NAT and the second NAT and has the function for the VPN to conduct a plurality of (N times) registrations before sending data out to detect the rule for NAT port allocation of the DNAT-T proxy server, and then inform the next NAT port allocation to the other side of the VPN so as to achieve NAT traversal for the data packets in VPN.

    Abstract: A UE in a wireless network performs RRM measurements according to power saving schemes. The UE receives Synchronization Signal Blocks (SSBs), which are broadcast periodically from a base station to a cell served by the base station, and receives additional signal blocks transmitted periodically from the base station. The additional signal blocks and the SSBs use different time-and-frequency resources. The UE performs an RRM measurement according to information received within an RRM measurement window including at least one of the additional signal blocks and a corresponding one of the SSBs. Additionally or alternatively, the UE performs RRM measurements on SSBs with a first cycle period equal to a Discontinuous Reception (DRX) cycle period. In response to an indication that a predefined condition for the RRM measurements is satisfied, the UE performs the RRM measurements with a second cycle period which is at least two times of the first cycle period.

The system is configured to protect silicon oxide and amorphous silicon during a post-dry-etch wet clean. The wet clean system is configured to selectively remove carbon-containing or nitrogen-containing plasma residue. pH of the wet clean system can be modified to tune selectivity for removal of carbon-containing or nitrogen-containing plasma residues. As a result, positive TEOS recession of less than about 3 nanometers may be achieved. Additionally, the wet clean system can be adapted for reclamation and subsequent reuse.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating fins includes providing a silicon substrate. The silicon substrate is etched to form numerous fin elements. A surface of each of the fin elements is silicon. Etch residues are formed on the fin elements after the silicon substrate is etched. After that, a flush step is performed on the fin elements by flushing the surface of each of the fin elements with fluorocarbons. The etch residues on the fin elements are removed by the flush step. After the flush step, a strip step is performed on the fin elements by treating the surface of each of the fin elements with oxygen plasma.
