    Abstract: A first pedaling force measurement device measures a plurality of pedaling force parameters acting on a first crank arm to one end of which a first pedal can be attached and to another end of which a crank shaft can be attached. The first pedaling force measurement device is provided with a strain-flexing part, a first parameter detection part and a first interference suppression part. Strain acting on the first crank arm is conveyed to the strain-flexing part. The parameter detection part is disposed on the strain-flexing part, and detects a plurality of parameters based on the strain being conveyed to the strain-flexing part. The interference suppression part suppresses interference in one parameter detected by the parameter detection part from the other parameters.

The method may comprise: testing whether a deoxyribose nucleotide at site 1273 from 5? end of genomic DNA comprising SEQ ID NO: 1 in a test pig is A or G, measuring whether the test pig genotype is GG, GA or AA wherein the test pig with GG genotype is a candidate for the WZSP inbred line and the test pigs with GA genotype and AA genotype are non-WZSP inbred line. The method can be applied to breed WZSP inbred line, which can be used to preliminarily screen all the pigs in test pig group, eliminate non-WZSP inbred line, find out a candidate WZSP inbred line and make a further confirmation in combination with other methods. The method and primers can also be used to judge whether a WZSP on market is counterfeiting or not.

A significant advantage of the foregoing methods, among many others, exists in that the simultaneous expression of multiple genes can be achieved in one transgenosis, which provides a convenient method for the preparation of combined-gene transferred animals.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for processing video and audio data received in a decoding system are provided. The method includes the following steps. When a program clock reference (PCR) is unavailable in the system, a system time clock (STC) is recovered by using a presentation time stamp (PTS) of video or audio data, or a linear combination result of the PTS of the video data and the PTS of the audio data. The STC is compared with the PTSs of the currently captured and audio data, and a current data processing mode is determined. A difference between the PTS of the video data and the PTS of the audio data is monitored. An absolute value of the difference is compared with a preset threshold value, and when the absolute value is greater than or equal to the threshold value, an asynchronous play mode is adopted as a system play mode; otherwise, a synchronous play mode is adopted as the system play mode.
