  • Patent number: 9171119
Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for implementing a dummy fill flow in a processor design that points to a library of fill shapes that are associated with (e.g., defined and supported according to) a particular foundry process. For example, a set of cell types is generated in accordance with a foundry process definition, so that each unit cell type has a unique type identifier and an associated polygon definition. These cell types can be stored as a cell library. An automated fill flow can generate a dummy fill of an integrated circuit geometry with respective shape fills having shape cells that each point to one of the cell types in the cell library. Some implementations can use the cell library to stream in and instantiate the fill in the geometric design of the integrated circuit.

  • Publication number: 20140345153
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for moisture determination and control using real time measurement of the moisture content of the material being processed. The present invention also provides a device that is used for moisture determination and control based on real time measurement of moisture content of a material being processed. The present invention is particularly suitable for controlling the moisture content of a material in a drying process, such as in a drying hopper, where the material moisture content is measured at an inlet and an outlet of the drying process. The drying process is further controlled by anticipating the drying load by measuring the moisture content of the incoming material to be dried.

  • Patent number: 8732638
Abstract: A system for verifying that device fingers of a semiconductor circuit have been properly represented by a corresponding layout diagram. The system determines a plurality of sub-circuits, from within a netlist of a schematic diagram, to be verified. Each sub-circuit of the plurality of sub-circuits includes a multi-finger device. The system also determines a first number of fingers included in the plurality of sub-circuits as represented by the schematic diagram. The system also determines a second number of fingers included in the plurality of sub-circuits as represented by the corresponding layout diagram. The system compares the first number of fingers against the second number of fingers. The system reports an error if the first number of fingers does not correspond to the second number of fingers.

  • Publication number: 20130160644
Abstract: A method and apparatus for energy-efficient desiccant dehumidification of air or other gases to low humidity levels is disclosed. The method and apparatus includes a desiccant rotor (wheel) having more than one dehumidification zone or sector. Separate dehumidification sectors may be used to dehumidify separate air or gas streams, or they may be used to dehumidify a single air or gas stream by passing it through more than one sector. All or a portion of the discharge air or gas from a dehumidification sector is used for all or a portion of reactivation inlet air or gas prior to heating. The desiccant wheel may include more than one reactivation sector, with separate air or gas sources for each sector. The desiccant wheel may include a purge sector between the reactivation and dehumidification sectors to improve the thermal efficiency of the dehumidification process.

  • Publication number: 20120246326
Abstract: A system and method of providing charging information to the participants for a session is disclosed. User A initiates a session to user B, by sending an invitation message. The message contains an application body. A first method talks about basic charging framework involving network level manipulation and second method being an offer answer model for charging. In network level manipulation, the user A sends an invitation message to proxy server which modifies the application body of the message before sending the message to user B. In offer answer model for charging, user A initiates an offer for charging, which is sent to user B and means of negotiation is involved between both. Means of negotiation allows implementing different charging schemes, and User B or User B's network can also initiate the charging offer.
