  • Publication number: 20240305975
Abstract: Systems and methods for user equipment (UE) transfer return management are provided. In some embodiments, a telecommunications base station may include a UE transfer return manager that monitors when a UE transfers out to a target base station, and looks for anomalous patterns of UE transfer returns that may be indicative of a PLMN incompatibility. When the UE transfer return manager detects that a UE is exhibiting an anomalous cyclical pattern of transfer returns an incompatibility may be presumed between the UE and that target base station. The incompatibility may be recorded by the UE transfer return manager to memory as UE redirection restriction data. The UE redirection restriction data may then be referenced by the source base station to forgo subsequent attempts to transfer that UE to that target base station, thus avoiding the waste of network and/or UE resources being consumed by ineffective UE transfer attempts.

  • Publication number: 20240306077
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to dynamic methods and systems for reading System Information Block 19 (SIB19) for maintaining Uplink Synchronization (UL Sync) and updated cell information during Non-Terrestrial networks (NTN) connectivity. The methods include a dynamic algorithm to reacquire SIB19 by considering different factors of UE's current status such as Radio Resource Control (RRC) states (idle/inactive/connected), SI periodicity of SIB19, emergency call status and UL Sync validity timer duration. The methods include monitoring of the UE status periodically and dynamically executing the algorithm to decide the time instance and periodicity to re-acquire SIB-19 based on UE current status. The methods include evaluating the UE condition on each SIB periodicity, and determining the next time period and periodicity to read SIB19.

  • Publication number: 20240303711
Abstract: A system, for example, an online system uses a machine learning based language model, for example, a large language model (LLM) to process high-level natural language queries received from users. The system receives a natural language query from a user of a client device. The system determines contextual information associated with the query. Based on this information, the system generates a prompt for the machine learning based language model. The system receives a response from the machine learning based language model. The system uses the response to generate a search query for a database. The system obtains results returned by the database in response to the search query and provides them to the user. The system allows users to specify high level natural language queries to obtain relevant search results, thereby improving the overall user experience.

  • Publication number: 20240305566
Abstract: A data management system (DMS) may support authentication of a host using a non-addressable domain controller within a network. The DMS may obtain a list of domain controllers within the network and create an account at a domain controller on the list via a virtual machine instantiated within the network and used to create a tunnel between the DMS and the virtual machine The DMS may receive, via a port, a packet from a host within the network and route the packet, using a demultiplexer configured to monitor the port, to a storage entity. The storage entity may transmit, via the port to the domain controller, a request to authenticate the host, the request bypassing the demultiplexer that is configured not to monitor the port when the storage entity operates in a client mode. The DMS may receive an indication of whether the host is authenticated from the domain controller.

  • Publication number: 20240305561
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A data management system (DMS) may provide backup and recovery services to one or more non-addressable hosts within a network. The DMS may receive a packet from a host within the network. A source internet protocol (IP) address of the packet, when received at the DMS, may be an IP address associated with the network. The packet may also include an identifier associated with the host. The DMS may include one or more storage entities used to back up the one or more hosts. To route the packet to a storage entity used to back up the host, the DMS may set the source IP address of the received packet to be a virtual IP address associated with the host based on the identifier and use the virtual IP address to route the packet to the storage entity.

  • Publication number: 20240303241
Abstract: Message transformation rules for integration platforms are represented in a computing system using transformation rule trees of objects in map object models. The transformation rule tree is an intermediate representation of the transformation rule. The objects in the tree are instantiated from classes of one or more message transformation class hierarchies. Some example classes include iterator statement, conditional statement, and expression classes. Some example expression classes include constant, variable, function, and selector classes. In a message transformation architecture, transformation rules map incoming message schemas to outgoing message schemas. Transformation engines transform incoming messages to outgoing messages by applying the map object models to select data fragments of an incoming message and construct an outgoing message, from the fragments and from computational results of routines invoked on the fragments.
