  • Publication number: 20240282135
Abstract: Systems and methods for estimating freight costs are disclosed herein. The system receives, from a user interacting with the system, a first document and a second document, where an actual value is associated with the second document. Further, the system determines a set of variables for each of the first document and the second document based on a statistical analysis of historical data. Furthermore, the system estimates, using a trained artificial neural network model, a cost associated with each of the first document and the second document based on the determined set of variables. The cost associated with the first document includes an estimated freight cost for the first document, and the cost associated with the second document includes an estimated true value for the second document.

  • Publication number: 20240281224
Abstract: Construct-modification tags conveying development-phase compiler requests are introduced into source code to facilitate communication between developers, identify areas that need developer attention, send directives to a compiler, and other development features in an integrated development environment, during the software development phase. A hierarchy of developers and associated permissions is maintained. A tag may be associated with one or more developers as well as one or more permissions. Notifications associated with tags may be issued to one or more developers in response to a conveyed compiler request. General messages to all the developers and personalized messages to one or more developers indicate the presence of tags and need to resolve issues before the software development process enters the production phase.

  • Patent number: 12067143
Abstract: Protecting a mobile device from visual hacking comprises analyzing a displayed window/page containing data fields and parsing the fields to identify when sensitive information is displayed. Data from a gyroscope of the mobile device is used to detect roll and pitch viewing angles of the mobile device, data from a proximity sensor is used to detect a distance between the mobile device and the user, and a camera is used to take an image of the user and detect a number of faces visible in the image. The sensitive information is obscured when any predefined conditions are not met, including: determining that the roll and pitch viewing angles are not within pitch and roll threshold values, or that the detected distance is not within distance threshold values, or that more than a single face is detected in the image.

  • Patent number: 12067233
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for tuning a memory device for high-speed transitions. Upon failure of bus sampling tuning of a memory device with default tuning parameters, the host device is configured to transmit an auto-tuning request to the memory device for until one or more pre-defined conditions are satisfied. The memory device is configured to receive the auto-tuning request from the host device, selects a set of tuning parameters from a plurality of sets of tuning parameters, and transmits a tuning block to the host device based on the selected set of tuning parameters, until one or more pre-defined conditions are satisfied. Thereby, the memory device can utilize high-speed mode and high-speed transitions can be achieved between host and memory devices. Thus, initialization failure of the memory device can also be avoided.

  • Patent number: 12068857
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques related to performing wireless sidelink communication. Originating (e.g., transmitting) and target (e.g., receiving) apparatuses may operate in a NACK-only mode. In this mode, the target apparatus only provides NACK feedbacks to transmissions that it did not receive. Lack of NACK feedback is interpreted by the originating apparatus that the transmissions were successfully received. However, the target apparatus maybe incapable of transmitting NACK for each of missed transmission. In NACK-only mode, the originating would not retransmit these missed transmissions. To address this issue, the target apparatus can transmit a multi-transmission NACK feedback to indicate that multiple transmissions were not successfully received. The multi-transmission NACK is a single feedback, and thus can enable a target apparatus with limited feedback capacity to indicate NACK for multiple transmissions.
