In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes receiving, by a policy control node, a request message from a first network node. The request message comprising a first identifier indicating a first public land mobile network associated with an establishment of a bearer or a session for a terminal device. The method includes transmitting a query to a second network node in the core network to obtain a second identifier of a second public land mobile network associated with a registration of the terminal device. The method also includes accepting or rejecting, by the policy control node, the establishment of the bearer or the session for the terminal based on whether the first identifier matches the second identifier.

The UE receives, from the wireless network node, location assistance data that comprises information that indicates a line of sight (LOS) condition associated with the first link. The UE measures a second RS-P on a second link from the wireless network node to the UE that is reciprocal to the first link. The UE performs one or more positioning measurements, determines a location estimate of the UE, or both, based in part on the reception of the second RS-P on the second link and the indicated LOS condition, the indicated LOS condition associated with the second link based on link reciprocity between the first and second links.

The gate teleportation circuit is then segmented into multiple sub-circuits. A gate teleportation operation is then performed on each of the multiple sub-circuits wherein the gate teleportation operation on each of the multiple sub-circuits is performed based on the at least one qubit of a given sub-circuit and an output of a gate teleportation operation performed on a sub-circuit which is previous to the given sub-circuit. An output of the gate teleportation operation performed on the last sub-circuit from the multiple sub-circuits is then measured.

Then, a shared key may be generated at both the video camera and the user device such that a request for media from the user device may be sent to a relay server over a second data transfer protocol.
