Abstract: An online system allows users to exchange messages with other users, including entities such as businesses. The online system determines a metric describing measure of an entity's responsiveness to messages received via the online system based on a number of messages to which the entity responds and times for the entity to respond to messages. The online system displays an indication of the metric for an entity in connection with content identifying the entity. For example, the indication is displayed in conjunction with a content item identifying the entity, such as a content item including a link to initiate communication of a message to the entity.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for providing streamlined access to media assets of interest to a user. The method includes determining that a supplemental viewing device, through which a user views a field of view, is directed at a first field of view. The method further involves detecting that the supplemental viewing device is now directed at a second field of view, and determining that a media consumption device is within the second field of view. A first media asset of interest to the user that is available for consumption via the media consumption device is identified, and the supplemental viewing device generates a visual indication in the second field of view. The visual indication indicates that the first media asset is available for consumption via the media consumption device, and the visual indication tracks a location of the media consumption device in the second field of view.

Abstract: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the strain of coronavirus that causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the respiratory illness responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic. Antibodies produced from an immune response against SARS-CoV-2 infection are used to analyze prior exposure to the virus. The present invention provides methods for detecting antibodies in response to SARS-CoV-2 infection in a single multiplex immunoassay.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for navigating a mobile platform in an environment. A processor obtains information about an object in the environment, obtains information about a first satellite, and estimates a probability indicator for a non-line of sight signal transmission between a current satellite location of the first satellite and a current location of the mobile platform using the information about the first satellite and the information about the object. The processor further determines a discrepancy indicator using a movement information of the mobile platform and a movement information of the first satellite such that a weighting indicator can be determined using the estimated probability indicator and the determined discrepancy indicator. The processor then assigns a weighting indicator to a satellite signal transmitted from the first satellite in order to provide a first weighted signal for navigating the mobile platform.

As disclosed, a processor may receive an issue resolution request. The processor may further access an issue resolution request repository where the issue resolution request repository may include details related to prior issue resolution requests. The processor may subsequently classify the issue resolution request based on the details related to the prior issue resolution requests. Accordingly, the processor may identify a root cause for the issue resolution request.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a receiver and a method for receiving signal. The method comprises estimating, by a receiver, channel for each of a plurality of antennas using the received signal stream, to produce a plurality of estimated channels. Also, method comprises grouping a predetermined number of received signals from the received signal stream and estimated channels associated with the received signals to obtain a plurality of groups. Further, a group specific filtering is performed on the received signals and corresponding estimated channels of each of the plurality of groups to obtain filtered received signals and a plurality of filtered estimated channels. Thereafter, the method comprises performing second filtering on all the filtered received signals to produce second filtered signals, which are processed to produce an output.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods to transfer user preferences for cellular wireless service associated credentials transferred from a source device to a target device. Transfer of credentials can include physically moving a physical subscriber identity module (SIM) card between devices, transfer of cellular wireless service from a first SIM card at the source device to a second SIM card at the target device, and/or transfer of cellular wireless services for one or more electronic SIMs (eSIMs) from the source device to the target device. Preferences associated with some or all of the transferred SIMs/eSIMs can be applied at the target device when certain matching criteria are satisfied. Exemplary matching criteria include matching identifiers, such as integrated circuit card identifier (ICCID) values, mobile station international subscriber directory number (MSISDN) values, and/or mappings thereof.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically creating distributed, self-adjusting and optimizing core network with machine learning is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request to access one or more services and establishing a secure real time communication session with one or more client devices and a set of service layers based on the received request. The method further includes determining one or more service parameters based on the received request and sending one or more handshake messages to each of the set of service layers. Further, the method includes determining one or more environmental parameters and determining best possible service layer capable of processing the received request by using a trained service based ML model. The method includes processing the request at the determined best possible service layer and terminating or transferring the secure real time communication session after the request is processed.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to method and system for generating and rendering a customized dashboard. The method includes initiating a schema-less dashboard canvas through a frontend application that invokes a server-less library. The method further includes integrating a set of widgets selected by a user, from the plurality of native widgets and from the plurality of third-party widgets, with the schema-less dashboard canvas using the server-less library. The method further includes generating metadata for each of the set of widgets based on a corresponding configuration performed by the user. The method further includes associating the metadata with a user account of the user for subsequent rendering of the customized dashboard for the user.

Abstract: A new class of logic gates are presented that use non-linear polar material. The logic gates include multi-input majority gates. Input signals in the form of digital signals are driven to non-linear input capacitors on their respective first terminals. The second terminals of the non-linear input capacitors are coupled a summing node which provides a majority function of the inputs. In the multi-input majority or minority gates, the non-linear charge response from the non-linear input capacitors results in output voltages close to or at rail-to-rail voltage levels. In some examples, the nodes of the non-linear input capacitors are conditioned once in a while to preserve function of the multi-input majority gates.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods and computer-readable media for maintaining network connectivity, in a LISP based network, when one or more network edge nodes lose connectivity to a LISP control plane of the network, using multicast messaging. In one example, a method includes receiving a connection request from a first endpoint to a second endpoint communicatively coupled to a second edge node; determining, by the first edge node, that a connection session to a control plane for locating the second endpoint has failed; querying one or more available edge nodes for locating the second endpoint using a multicast message; locating the second endpoint based on at least one query response received from the one or more available edge nodes, at least one query response including an identifier of the second endpoint; and establishing the connection request between the first endpoint and the second endpoint upon locating the second endpoint.

Abstract: A software defined networking (SDN) controller or routers in a network determine unicast paths from an ingress router to egress routers from the network based on quality-of-service (QoS) metrics for links between routers of the network. A subset of the unicast paths is associated with a multicast flow based on one or more QoS criteria for the multicast flow. A router pushes a label stack onto a packet of the multicast flow. The label stack includes labels that identify the subset of the unicast paths. The packet including the label stack is multicast through the network to the egress routers. Routers that receive the multicast packet selectively modify the label stack in the packet based on the labels that identify the subset of the unicast paths. The routers selectively forward the packet based on the labels.

The catalyst system may include a core comprising a zeolite; and a shell comprising a microporous fibrous silica. Abstract: For patient weight estimation in a medical imaging system, a patient model, such as a mesh, is fit to a depth image. One or more feature values are extracted from the fit patient model, reducing the noise and clutter in the values. The weight estimation is regressed from the extracted features.

A set of read level voltage offsets is determined such that, applying the set of read level voltage offsets to a base read level threshold voltage associated with the block family, result in a suboptimal error rate not exceeding a maximum allowable error rate. The determined set of read level offsets is associated with the threshold voltage offset bin by updating a block family metadata.

A system may receive input data corresponding to a user input, determining a first skill component is to determine a response to the user input, and determine a second skill component is to determine supplemental content related to the user input. The system may also determine a template for presenting a visual response to the user input, where the template is configured for presenting the response and the supplemental content. The system may receive, from the first skill component, first image data corresponding to the first response. The system may also receive, from the second skill component, second image data corresponding to the first supplemental content. The system may send, to a device including a display, a command to present the first image data and the second image data using the template.

Abstract: Technologies for accelerating edge device workloads at a device edge network include a network computing device which includes a processor platform that includes at least one processor which supports a plurality of non-accelerated function-as-a-service (FaaS) operations and an accelerated platform that includes at least one accelerator which supports a plurality of accelerated FaaS (AFaaS) operation. The network computing device is configured to receive a request to perform a FaaS operation, determine whether the received request indicates that an AFaaS operation is to be performed on the received request, and identify compute requirements for the AFaaS operation to be performed. The network computing device is further configured to select an accelerator platform to perform the identified AFaaS operation and forward the received request to the selected accelerator platform to perform the identified AFaaS operation. Abstract: Techniques described herein provide for fast updating of a forwarding table in a single active multihoming configuration. A first network device that is not connected to an ethernet segment (ES), receives a plurality of ethernet segment (ES) routes (e.g., EVPN type-4 routes) from a plurality of network devices that are connected to a host via the ES. When connectivity is lost to the on a designated forwarded for the ES, t the first network device performed a designated forwarding election algorithm based on the plurality of the received ES routes, to identify that a second network device of the plurality of network devices is designated as a new forwarding device. The first network device modifies an entry in a forwarding table to indicate that the host is now reachable via the second network device.
