Abstract: A method for pairing authentication between a vehicle and a mobile device is proposed. After a host computer of the vehicle is operated to send out a vehicle identification code for pairing and the mobile device is operated to select the vehicle identification code, the host computer enables both of a host display of the vehicle and the mobile device to display a pairing code at the same time. After a pairing procedure is performed within a predetermined pairing operation period, the host computer completes pairing authentication between the host computer and the mobile device.

Abstract: A BM-SC, and a method therein for transmitting data file by broadcast session to at least one UE, in a radio communication system; and a UE and a method therein for receiving a broadcast session of transmission of a data file from a BM-SC are provided. The method in the BM-SC comprises determining to transmit the data file to the at least one UE, and determining a FEC redundancy level to use for the transmission. The method also comprises transmitting, to the at least one UE, the data file using the determined FEC redundancy level and an indication of the determined FEC redundancy level.

Abstract: A projection device includes a light source module, a light engine module and a projection lens. The light source module is used for emitting an illumination beam. The light engine module is used for receiving the illumination beam and converting the illumination beam into an image beam. The light engine module includes a first shell, a second shell, an elastic sealing member and an electronic component. The second shell and the first shell are combined with each other to form an accommodation space. The elastic sealing member is disposed between the first shell and the second shell for sealing a junction of the first shell and the second shell. The electronic component connects with a transmission cable. The transmission cable is penetratingly disposed at the elastic sealing member to penetrate out of the first shell and the second shell. The projection lens is used for receiving and projecting the image beam.

Abstract: A method for fabricating metal interconnect structure includes the steps of: forming a first metal interconnection in a first inter-metal dielectric (IMD) layer on a substrate; forming a cap layer on the first metal interconnection; forming a second IMD layer on the cap layer; performing a first etching process to remove part of the second IMD layer for forming an opening; performing a plasma treatment process; and performing a second etching process to remove polymers from bottom of the opening.
