    Abstract: A bonding tool and a bonding method are provided. The method includes attaching a semiconductor die to a bonding tool having a first surface, wherein the bonding tool comprises a bending member movably arranged in a trench of the bonding tool, and the bending member protrudes from the first surface and bends the semiconductor die; moving the semiconductor die toward a semiconductor wafer to cause a retraction of the bending member and a partial bonding at a portion of the semiconductor die and the semiconductor wafer; and causing a full bonding between the semiconductor die and the semiconductor wafer subsequent to the partial bonding.

    Abstract: A light source module, which includes a heat sink, a laser assembly, a circuit board assembly, a conductive material, and multiple lock members, is provided. The circuit board assembly includes a circuit board, which has an accommodating opening that corresponds to a beam emitter of the laser assembly. The lock members respectively pass through third lock holes of the circuit board assembly, second lock holes of the laser assembly, and first lock holes of the heat sink in sequence, thereby locking the circuit board assembly and the laser assembly on the heat sink. The accommodating opening of the circuit board exposes the beam emitter, and the conductive material connects two conductive pads of the laser assembly to two corresponding electroplated through holes, thereby enabling the laser assembly to be electrically connected to the circuit board assembly. A projector including the light source module is also provided.

By only analyzing three-axis acceleration data for gait event recognition, the utilization of hardware resources is improved, the number of sensors is reduced, the accuracy of gait event detection is improved, and the consumption of computing resources is reduced.

A lower surface of the protruding portion has a contact surface overlapping with the contact portion in a vertical direction, such that the contact portion upwardly abuts the contact surface. When the chip module presses downwardly on the electrical terminal, the contact portion can move on the contact surface, such that the chip module does not need to press downwardly on the contact portion with a relatively large pressure.
