Abstract: A Region Merging image segmentation algorithm based on boundary extraction is disclosed, comprising the steps of calculating a gradient image, extracting a boundary and carrying out initial segmentation and Region Merging, wherein each pixel is regarded as one region when initial segmentation is not conducted. In the Region Merging process, the portion of the common boundary of two adjacent regions that lies on the boundary image is taken as the merging cost, the regions are merged according to the ascending order of the mean gradient value inside the region, and a texture difference evaluation mechanism is introduced to reduce the wrong segmentation. The algorithm solves the problems of the other current segmentation algorithms, such as over-segmentation, easy to be influenced by noise and illumination, large in computation and memory consumption, in need of a large number of samples being marked manually and the like.

Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for determining a network central node, and a node equipment. The method includes: acquiring a weighted average value of a node in a network, where the weighted average value is used for describing appropriateness of the node in the network as a central node; and determining a node having a maximum weighted average value in the network as the central node of the network. In this way, a technical problem of poor communication stability in the related art is solved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a lamp structure, which uses the waterproof structure of the lamp to prevent external liquids from entering the lamp along the wire and hence avoiding risks in industrial safety caused by electrical leakage or sparks. The present invention uses the fixing member of the lamp to meet the installation requirements for different environments. In addition, by using the lens structure of the lamp, the lenses still can be fixed to the lamp after thermal expansion or shakes. Thereby, the risk of lens falloff can be reduced.

The access network device selects one of the two sets of QoS parameters, and indicates the selected set of QoS parameters to the core network. In this way, a QoS parameter applied to related UE, a related bearer, a related PDU session, or a related QoS flow can be effectively determined, and a board capability of an LTE base station does not need to be upgraded.
