Abstract: A method of judging lack-of-freon in an air conditioner and an air conditioner control method. The control method includes: acquiring outflow air temperatures at the first air outlet and the second air outlet, and calculating a temperature difference; comparing the temperature difference with a preset temperature difference threshold; and adjusting an opening degree of the expansion valve accordingly. In the method, the opening degree of the expansion valve can be automatically adjusted according to a result of temperature comparison to compensate for the flow rate of freon, so as to improve the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioning system and realize the adaptive adjustment of the air conditioner, thereby ensuring the cooling or heating efficiency of the system even if the system lacks freon to a slight extent and effectively reducing energy consumption. The judging method has a higher accuracy of judging result, and is easier to implement.

The display device includes a gate driving circuit, a level shift circuit, and a power management circuit. The level shift circuit is configured to provide an input signal to a signal input terminal of the gate driving circuit. The power management circuit is configured to provide power to the gate driving circuit. The protection circuit is configured to provide a power control signal to the power management circuit based on a current at the signal input terminal of the gate driving circuit, so that the power management circuit stops providing the power to the gate driving circuit.

Abstract: An array-type polarization-maintaining multi-core fiber includes a main outer cladding, fiber core units, and stress units. The fiber core units and the stress units are arranged to form a unit array including one central unit and any unit in the unit array being equidistantly arranged from adjacent units thereof. Provided is at least one pair of stress units, each pair of stress units being arranged symmetrical about one fiber core unit to form a polarization-maintaining fiber core unit. The fiber core units each include a fiber core and an inner cladding surrounding a core layer. A portion outside the fiber core units and the stress units is the main outer cladding. The fiber can greatly enhance spectral efficiency of an optical transmission system, and improve fiber communication capacity.

Abstract: The use of a Wnt inhibitor Wnt-C59 in the preparation of a drug for treating SCN5A mutation-induced dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is provided. With SCN5A genotype detection as a breakthrough point, a Wnt pathway-specific inhibitor Wnt-C59 is used to inhibit the abnormal activation of the Wnt?-Catenin pathway caused by SCN5A gene mutation, thereby improving the prognosis of cardiac function in a patient with SCN5A gene mutation-induced DCM. In experiments, aging and adriamycin-induced DCM models are constructed, and the therapeutic effect of Wnt-C59 on DCM is detected through indexes such as changes in cardiac function and activation of related signal molecules, which provides a theoretical basis for use of Wnt-C59 in the clinical treatment of DCM. A new treatment method for SCN5A mutation-induced DCM is provided to bring dawn to such patients and has promising application prospects.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of processing residual stress, and discloses a method for calculating processing parameters for residual stress control by parameter inversion. This method comprises: (a) extracting a characteristic index reflecting the residual stress distribution characteristic from a residual stress distribution curve; (b) respectively presetting initial values of processing parameters for residual stress control, calculating an initial value of the characteristic index, and drawing curves of the characteristic index over the respective processing parameters to obtain respective fitted curves; (c) respectively establishing a relation formula between respective characteristic index increment of the processing parameters and the fitting curve; and (d) assigning the values and performing inversion calculation to obtain the required processing parameters.
