  • Publication number: 20240085846
Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a rotatable image bearing member, a developing member, a transfer member, and a brush contacting a surface of the image bearing member in a contact portion downstream of a transfer portion and upstream of a developing portion with respect to a rotational direction of the image bearing member. The toner which is not transferred onto a toner image receiving member is collected by the developing member. In a charging series, the toner is positioned on the same side as a normal charge polarity of the toner relative to the brush. In the contact portion, a maximum value of a contact pressure of 0.7 gf/mm2 or more and 3.5 gf/mm2 or less, a maximum contact area ratio is 18% or more and 74% or less, and a Clark-Evans index of the brush is 1 or more.

  • Patent number: 11603275
Abstract: A drive transmission device includes a chassis fixed to an apparatus main body and a driving roller that is driven by a driving source. A belt member transmits rotational force of the driving roller. A tension roller contacts the belt member to apply tension to the belt member. A support member supports the tension roller rotatably and is swingable about a rotational shaft of the chassis. A screw fixes the support member to the chassis at a predetermined position. A retaining member is able to be engaged with the chassis, in which the support member is arranged and fixed between a part of the retaining member and the chassis in an insertion direction of the screw.

  • Publication number: 20180370582
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a personal mobility that is able to turn by movement of the gravitational center of a passenger, without individually controlling each motor that drives the left and right wheels, and without using any special parts. The personal transporter includes left and right driving wheels (21) as front wheels, left and right casters (22) as rear wheels, and two motors (31) for independently driving the left and right driving wheels (21). By giving a camber angle, in which an upper part inclines inward when viewed from the front, with respect to the left and right casters (22), the torque or the applied voltage of the two motors (31) is the same, the caster (22) rotates in the direction of movement of gravitational center to act as a steering wheel, and it is possible to turn a personal transporter in the movement direction of the gravitational center.
