Abstract: The present invention relates to a fruit and vegetables slicing apparatus structure characterized by: a frame; a plurality of knives disposed in the frame; a linking mechanism for connecting the plurality of knives concurrently; and an adjusting element disposed on one side of the frame and configured to drive the knives to rotate concurrently by an angle upon completion of a cutting process performed by the knives, such that each of the knives switches from an original upright state to a flat state to thereby achieve the goal of the easy rinsing of the knives.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a detachable book structure which mainly comprises a plurality of mounting elements provided on an inner side of an outer cover plate and edges of a plurality of books. Thus, the plurality of books can be stably mounted in the outer cover plate by the mounting elements, so as to carry out the purpose of detaching at least one of the books according to desire.
