    Abstract: An impedance sensor and an electronic apparatus using the same are provided. The impedance sensor includes an impedance-bridge circuit, a compensation circuit, and a signal processing circuit. The impedance-bridge circuit has an input side and an output side, and configured to generate a first impedance variation in response to a physical pressure. The compensation circuit is coupled to the input side of the impedance-bridge circuit in parallel, and configured to generate a second impedance variation in response to an environment temperature. The signal processing circuit respectively detects the first and the second impedance variations, and accordingly generates a first sensing signal indicating the first impedance variation and a second sensing signal indicating the second impedance variation, so as to compensate a temperature shift part of the first sensing signal by the second sensing signal and accordingly generate a pressure detection signal.

    Abstract: A method of cleaning post-etch residues on a copper line includes providing a copper line which is divided into a first region and a second region. A dielectric layer is formed on the copper line. After that, the dielectric layer is etched to form openings in the dielectric layer. A number of openings within the first region is more than a number of openings in the second region. During the etching process, a potential difference is formed between the first region and the second region of the copper line. Finally, the dielectric layer and the copper line are cleaned by a solution with a PH value. The PH value has a special relation with the potential difference.

    Abstract: A winder includes a case including a base, a winding device positioned on the base for winding or releasing the wire, a braking device located between the winding device and the base, and a loading board positioned on the winding device. The braking device includes a ratchet and a pawl positioned aside the ratchet. The winding device, the ratchet and the loading board can rotate together relative to the base. When the pawl is coupled to the ratchet, rotation of the winding device drives the ratchet and the loading board to rotate along a first direction, for releasing the wire from the winding device. When the pawl is detached from the ratchet, the winding device rotates along a second direction counter to the first direction and drives the ratchet and the loading board to rotate along the second direction, for winding the wire to the winding device.
