    Abstract: A method includes forming a gate stack, which includes a first portion over a portion of a first semiconductor fin, a second portion over a portion of a second semiconductor fin, and a third portion connecting the first portion to the second portion. An anisotropic etching is performed on the third portion of the gate stack to form an opening between the first portion and the second portion. A footing portion of the third portion remains after the anisotropic etching. The method further includes performing an isotropic etching to remove a metal gate portion of the footing portion, and filling the opening with a dielectric material.

    Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a measuring method of liquid mixture purity includes steps as follows. A storage tank is provided, wherein the storage tank is configured for storing a liquid mixture including formic acid and water. A calculating unit is provided, wherein a plurality of formic acid purity values are saved in the calculating unit. A pressure-decreasing and heating step is performed by reducing a pressure of the storage tank and heating the storage tank. A measuring step is performed by measuring in the inner space of the storage tank to obtain a pressure value, and measuring the liquid mixture simultaneously to obtain a temperature value. A calculating step is performed by inputting the pressure value and the temperature value into the calculating unit, wherein the calculating unit outputs one of the formic acid purity values corresponding thereto.

    Abstract: A processing method of formic acid soldering includes providing a solder, performing a formic acid providing step, performing a soldering step and performing a cooling step. The solder is disposed at a soldering object. In the formic acid providing step, a water-containing formic acid vapor extracted from a formic acid source is introduced to a soldering object so as to form a water-containing formic acid atmosphere surrounding the soldering object. In the soldering step, the solder and the soldering object are soldered in the water-containing formic acid atmosphere at a soldering temperature so as to form a soldered object with high temperature. In the cooling step, the soldered object with high temperature is cooled by a cooling method so as to form a soldered object. A range of a moisture content of the formic acid source is greater than or equal to 0.1 wt % and less than 15 wt %.

The processing circuit is disposed in the housing and converts the sound signal into an electrode driving signal. The wireless signal transmitter circuit is disposed in the housing and transmits the electrode driving signal to a cochlear implant device in the cochlear system. The cochlear implant device converts the electrode driving signal into a plurality of electrode currents, and a plurality of electrical pulses are generated in a cochlear nerve of the user through a plurality of electrodes according to the electrode currents.

When the controller receives a write command, the write data are scrambled before being written to the nonvolatile memory. When in non-completed status, when the controller receives a read command from the transmission interface, no matter whether the data corresponding to the requested address are scrambled, the data are descrambled and descrambled are provided via the transmission interface.

    Abstract: A method for performing data pattern management regarding data accessed by a controller of a Flash memory includes: when the controller receives a write command, generating a first random function, where the write command is utilized for instructing the controller to write the data into the Flash memory; and adjusting a plurality of bits of the data bit by bit to generate a pseudo-random bit sequence, and writing the pseudo-random bit sequence into the Flash memory to represent the data, whereby data pattern distribution of the data is adjusted. An associated memory device and the controller thereof are also provided, where the controller includes: a ROM arranged to store a program code; a microprocessor arranged to execute the program code to control the access to the Flash memory and manage a plurality of blocks; and a randomizer arranged to generate a random function.
