Publication number: 20250045781Abstract: Features from historical transaction and customer data of a financial institution are calculated and/or extracted. Each customer is assigned to a given profitability cluster within each interval of time over a historical period of time based on the corresponding features. A self-supervised machine learning model is trained on the features to predict the clusters in a future interval of time. Features for a most-recent past interval of time are provided as input to the model and the model returns a predicted cluster for a given customer in a future interval of time. When the customer-assigned cluster in the most-recent past interval of time is a higher prioritized cluster than the predicted cluster for the future interval of time, a system of a financial institution (FI) is notified to take one or more mitigating in an attempt to prevent customer churn with the FI.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 31, 2023Publication date: February 6, 2025Inventors: Thomas Philip Murray, Pavan Kumar Vattyam, Kyle Alexander King, Chase Tyler Nicholson, Norman Leonard Trujillo, Kun Zhu

Publication number: 20250039518Abstract: A system for utilizing media content reference point information to perform media content encoding, and supplemental content stitching and/or insertion. Media content can be encoded and packaged based on boundaries of the media content. The boundaries can be received from a third-party and/or generated via an automated process. Target boundaries can be selected based on accuracy levels associated with the received and/or generated boundaries. Supplemental content can be stitched and/or inserted into packaged media content based on audio and video content of the packaged media content being aligned.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 14, 2024Publication date: January 30, 2025Inventors: Yongjun Wu, Sitaraman Ganapathy, Abhishek Kumar, Vasanthakumar Soundararajan, Kyle Alexander Woo

Publication number: 20250005608Abstract: One or more machine learning models are trained on financial institution (FI) specific customer and enterprise data to predict future transactions, churn likelihood, and a customer lifetime value (CLV) per customer of the FI over a given period of future time. In an embodiment, the CLV for the given period of future time is calculated and predicted using statistical and/or heuristic analysis based on predicted transactions provided by one or more models. The predicted transactions, churn likelihood, and CLV are provided through an Application Programming Interface (API) for integration into systems of the FI and/or accessible through a web-based interface and/or mobile application interface to users of the FI.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 30, 2023Publication date: January 2, 2025Inventors: Thomas Philip Murray, Pavan Kumar Vattyam, Kyle Alexander King, Chase Tyler Nicholson, Norman Leonard Trujillo, Kun Zhu

Publication number: 20240426977Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for jammer detection. In example aspects, the apparatus includes a wireless transceiver configured to be connected to one or more antennas. The wireless transceiver is configured to translate a received signal from a first frequency to a second frequency using a reference signal to produce a translated received signal, with the reference signal including at least one frequency having an association with one or more targeted frequencies of a potential jamming signal. The wireless transceiver is also configured to convert at least a version of the translated received signal in the analog domain into a converted received signal in the digital domain. The wireless transceiver is further configured to detect that the converted received signal comprises a jamming signal based on the association and using at least one threshold and determine a jamming frequency of the jamming signal based on the frequency of the reference signal.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 23, 2023Publication date: December 26, 2024Inventors: Udara Fernando, Ajay Devadatta Kanetkar, Shrenik Patel, Kyle Alexander Douglas

Patent number: 11726956Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed to implement a contextual comparison of machine registry hive files. In embodiments, the comparison process is implemented by a data collection agent that periodically uploads changes in a client machine registry to a machine assessment service. During a data collection, the agent compares a binary hive file generated from the current state of the registry with another binary hive file generated in the last period. The differences are captured in a text-encoded patch file, which is used to update a snapshot of the registry maintained by the machine assessment service. The comparison is performed directly on the two binary hive files without converting them into text files, so that the process can be performed more quickly and using less compute bandwidth. Moreover, the comparison process can be extended to implement a variety of custom behaviors based on the contents of the hive files.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 2020Date of Patent: August 15, 2023Assignee: Rapid7, Inc.Inventors: Shreyas Khare, Kyle Alexander Hubbard, Suyuan Yu
