Abstract: Memory devices and systems with programmable refresh order and stagger times are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a memory device includes a first memory bank group and a second memory bank group. The memory device is configured, in response to a refresh command, to perform a first refresh operation on the first memory bank group at a first time and a second refresh operation on the second memory bank group at a second time after the first time. The memory device is further configured to perform, in response to a read or write command, a read or write operation on the first memory bank group, the second memory bank group, or both the first and second memory bank groups after beginning the first refresh operation and before completing the second refresh operation.

  • Publication number: 20240108722
Abstract: Provided herein are tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) engineered to express a membrane-bound interleukin 15 (mbIL15). The mbIL15 TILs can be expanded in vitro using arapid expansion protocol without the use of exogenous interleukin 2 (IL2) and can be used in adoptive cell therapy without concomitant use of an exogenous cytokine such as IL2. The TIL can be further engineered such that the mbIL15 is operably linked to one or more drug responsive domains (DRDs), polypeptides that can regulate the abundance and/or activity of the IL15 upon binding of the DRD with a ligand. Also provided herein are components for making the modified TILs and methods for making and using the modified TILs.

  • Patent number: 11934326
Abstract: Memory devices and systems with improved command/address bus utilization are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a memory device comprises a plurality of external command/address terminals and a command decoder. The plurality of external command/address terminals are configured to receive a command as a corresponding plurality of command/address bits. A first set of the command/address bits indicate a read or write operation. A second set of the command/address bits indicate whether to execute a refresh operation. The memory device is configured to, in response to the first set of command/address bits, execute the read or write operation on a portion of a memory array. The memory device is further configured to, in response to the second set of command/address bits, execute the refresh operation to refresh at least one memory bank of the memory array when the second set of command/address bits indicate that the refresh operation should be executed.

  • Publication number: 20240007651
Abstract: A system for utilizing media content reference point information to perform media content encoding, and supplemental content stitching and/or insertion. Media content can be encoded and packaged based on boundaries of the media content. The boundaries can be received from a third-party and/or generated via an automated process. Target boundaries can be selected based on accuracy levels associated with the received and/or generated boundaries. Supplemental content can be stitched and/or inserted into packaged media content based on audio and video content of the packaged media content being aligned.

  • Patent number: 11856048
Abstract: A server receives a first hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) from a client device that requests first and second items of content associated with a webpage and applies a defer directive to the second item. The server retrieves, from a database, via a single worker thread, first data associated with the first item and transmits a first message comprising the first data associated with the first item. The server retrieves, from the database, via the worker thread, second data associated with the deferred item and transmits a second message comprising the second data associated with the second item.

  • Patent number: 11726956
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed to implement a contextual comparison of machine registry hive files. In embodiments, the comparison process is implemented by a data collection agent that periodically uploads changes in a client machine registry to a machine assessment service. During a data collection, the agent compares a binary hive file generated from the current state of the registry with another binary hive file generated in the last period. The differences are captured in a text-encoded patch file, which is used to update a snapshot of the registry maintained by the machine assessment service. The comparison is performed directly on the two binary hive files without converting them into text files, so that the process can be performed more quickly and using less compute bandwidth. Moreover, the comparison process can be extended to implement a variety of custom behaviors based on the contents of the hive files.

  • Patent number: 11541449
Abstract: Rivet dispenser reloading systems and methods of use thereof are provided. A non-limiting embodiment of a rivet dispenser reloading system comprises a receiving member defining a channel therein, and a first gate. The rivet receiving member comprises a first port and a second port that communicate with the channel. The first port is configured to receive rivets. The second port is configured to selectively engage with a rivet dispenser and introduce rivets to the rivet dispenser. The channel extends between the first port and the second port and is configured to transport rivets from the first port to the second port in a series arrangement and in a preselected orientation. The first gate is in communication with the second port and is selectively positionable between a first configuration inhibiting movement of rivets through the second port, and a second configuration enabling movement of rivets through the second port.

  • Patent number: 11539758
Abstract: System, method, and apparatus for Internet Protocol (IP) based radio communications. One or more browser-based dispatch consoles connect to one or more Radio over IP (RoIP) gateway device over an untrusted network (e.g., the public Internet) using a Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC) connection secured with SSL/TLS. Each RoIP gateway device provides an analog interface to the radio domain so as to communicate with one or more radio. This architecture avoids any ongoing connection to a centralized cloud-based server and maintains secure radio communications over the untrusted network. Each browser-based dispatch console accesses each RoIP gateway device from a standard web browser thus enabling portability across any platform that supports a browser.

  • Patent number: 11468939
Abstract: Memory devices, systems including memory devices, and methods of operating memory devices are described, in which memory devices are configured to conditionally activate certain rows during refresh operations such that the memory devices can execute operations directed to the activated rows concurrently with the refresh operations. In some embodiments, the memory device receives an activate (ACT) command directed to a section of a memory bank while performing refresh operations for the memory bank. The memory device may carry out the ACT command if certain conditions are satisfied not to corrupt the data being refreshed. Subsequently, the memory device generates a signal to indicate the ACT command has been accepted to activate a row identified by the ACT command. Further, the memory device can perform subsequent access commands directed to the row, in parallel with the refresh operations.
