Abstract: A control system for a work machine includes an engine, a torque converter, and a lock-up clutch assembly. The lock-up clutch assembly includes a lock-up clutch that can be positioned in an engaged state, for bypassing the torque converter, or a disengaged state. The control system includes a controller configured to determine that the engine is in a cranking state, and cause, based on determining that the engine is in the cranking state, the lock-up clutch to be positioned in the engaged state. The controller is also configured to determine that the lock-up clutch is in the engaged state. The controller is further configured to determine, based on an engine speed, that the engine has started, and cause, based on determining that the engine has started, the lock-up clutch to be positioned in the disengaged state.

  • Publication number: 20250111791
Abstract: A method comprises determining an occupancy grid of an area for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) navigation. The method further comprises determining, based on the occupancy grid, a candidate flyable airspace through which to permit UAV navigation and determining, by a UAV route planner, a plurality of UAV flight paths through the candidate flyable airspace. The method further comprises determining, based on the occupancy grid, a probability value of the plurality of UAV flight paths intersecting an occupied volume. The method additionally comprises determining whether the probability value of the plurality of UAV flight paths intersecting the occupied volume is below a threshold value and, based on determining that the probability value of the plurality of UAV flight paths intersecting the occupied volume is below the threshold value, validating the candidate flyable airspace for the UAV route planner to plan a route for a UAV to navigate through the area.

  • Patent number: 12244271
Abstract: An amplifier may include multiple stages, with the multiple stages arranged in a fan-out configuration. The fan-out configuration provides multiple amplified signals at multiple amplifier output nodes, which may be coupled to a shared set of downconverters. The shared downconverters may support processing of only a smaller bandwidth than the largest possible bandwidth of an input RF signal input to the amplifier. For example, the downconverters may support a bandwidth matching a smallest bandwidth of a supported RF signal. For example, when the amplifier is intended to support 5G mmWave RF signals and 5G sub-6 GHz RF signals, the downconverters may each individually support a bandwidth of carriers in the 5G sub-6 GHz RF signals but not individually support the entire bandwidth of a possible 5G mmWave RF signal.

  • Patent number: 12233051
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods of treating a patient having primary hyperoxaluria or idiopathic hyperoxaluria comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of compound of the formula and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, and hydrates thereof to the patient. The variables, e.g. ring A, n, R, R3, R10, X, Y, and Z are defined herein. These compounds act as lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors and are useful inhibiting the conversion of glyoxylate to oxalate. When administered to a patient having a disease or disorder associated with elevated oxalate levels, such as PH type 1, type 2, or type 3 or idiopathic hyperoxaluria the compounds prevent or substantially reduce the amount and buildup of oxalate the patient's kidneys, bladder, urinary tract and other parts of the patient's body.

  • Patent number: 12198422
Abstract: A method includes, during a delivery process of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), receiving, by an image processing system, a depth image captured by a downward-facing stereo camera on the UAV. One or more pixels are within a sample area of the depth image and are associated with corresponding depth values indicative of distances of one or more objects to the downward-facing stereo camera. The method also includes determining, by the image processing system an estimated depth value representative of depth values within the sample area. The method further includes determining that the estimated depth value is below a trigger depth. The method further includes, based at least on determining that the estimated depth value is below the trigger depth, aborting the delivery process of the UAV.

  • Patent number: 12151150
Abstract: A ground traversing, electrically driven drone travels along a preprogrammed path that corresponds to pass catcher's travel path during a play, matching the pass catcher's speed and run cuts. The play is wirelessly communicated to the drone by a handheld electronic device located remote of the drone. A target is located on the drone so that a quarterback can throw a football at the target in order to refine the quarterback's timing and accuracy for the play. Sensors onboard the drone track both the football's and quarterback's speed and travel trajectories so that such data can be collected, along with the drone's travel path, and stored onboard the drone's control unit and eventually fed into 3-D reconstruction software for analysis by the quarterback and coaching staff. The target rotates so that the target either faces in a fixed direction or constantly faces the quarterback during execution of drone's maneuvers.

  • Publication number: 20240355380
Abstract: A system and method for efficiently resetting data stored in a memory array are described. In various implementations, an integrated circuit includes a memory for storing data, and a processing unit that generates access requests for the data stored in the memory. When access circuitry of the memory array begins a reset operation, it reduces a power supply voltage level used by memory bit cells in a column of the array to a value less than a threshold voltage of transistors. Therefore, the p-type transistors of the bit cells do not contend with the write driver during a write operation. The access circuitry provides the reset data on the write bit lines, and asserts each of the write word lines of the memory array. To complete the write operation, the access circuitry returns the power supply voltage level from below the threshold voltage level to an operating voltage level.
