Abstract: A mower includes a plurality of cutting heads, each cutting head having a minor cutting width, the plurality of cutting heads connected by a plurality of connectors in an array having a variable major cutting width. The mower also includes a steering system coupled with a first driven wheel and supported by one cutting head, and a second driven wheel supported by one other cutting head. The steering system is capable of steering the first driven wheel independently from the second driven wheel.

Abstract: An intramedullary bone fixation device is provided with an elongate body having a longitudinal axis and an actuator to deploy at least one gripper to engage an inner surface of the intramedullary space to anchor the fixation device to the bone. Methods of repairing a fracture of a bone are also disclosed. One such method comprises inserting a fixation device into an intramedullary space of the bone to place at least a portion of the fixation device on one side of the fracture, providing rigidity across the fracture, and operating an actuator to deploy at least one gripper to engage an inner surface of the intramedullary space to anchor the fixation device to the bone. Various configurations allow a segmented device body to lock in the intramedullary space before and/or after fixation of the bone.

Abstract: The present application relates to repair systems, and more particularly to fifth metatarsal repair systems and methods of use. The repair systems described herein can include a fixation device with a threaded section. The repair systems described herein can include one or more grippers designed to be deflected outward to grip the sidewalls of an intramedullary canal of the fifth metatarsal. The repair systems described herein can include an end cap. The end cap can include a fastener including thread designed to engage the threaded section of the fixation device. The end cap can include a cap designed to move relative to the fastener.

Abstract: An online system allows a user to visualize a plan including various campaigns each including one or more content items associated with various objectives. Based on the plan, the online system provides forms or prompts for specifying characteristics, such as bid amounts or budgets, of content items. The online system may generate the plan based on one or more existing campaigns including various content items and characteristics for presenting content items in the existing campaign, allowing the user to identify differences between the plan and content items included in the existing campaigns. When content items included in the plan are included in selection processes by the online system, the online system obtains information describing presentation of content items from various campaigns included in the plan and aggregates the obtained information to provide information describing presentation of content items in the plan.

Abstract: The present application relates to fixation devices, and more particularly to telescoping fixation devices and methods of use. The fixation devices described herein can include an elongate member. The fixation devices described herein can include a barrel, wherein the elongate member and the barrel are designed to telescope along a longitudinal axis and wherein the barrel is designed to transmit torque to the elongate member. The fixation devices described herein can include an inner screw designed be inserted into the barrel and engage the elongate member.

Abstract: A turbidity sensor assembly for a dishwasher appliance is provided. The turbidity sensor assembly measures the turbidity of wash fluid in a manner similar to conventional turbidity sensors, but also includes an integral water level indicator. The water level indicator is an opaque buoyant ball that rises and falls with the water level to provide a water level indication that can be used to shut off the drain pump when the sump is empty. More specifically, when the water level drops below a predetermined level, the opaque ball blocks the transmission of light between the emitter and receiver of the turbidity sensor, thus indicating that the sump is almost empty. As a result, the pump operating during a drain cycle need only operate long enough to drain the sump, and this may be achieved without an additional measuring device or complicated control system.

Abstract: A detergent dispenser module for a dishwashing appliance may generally include a body extending between a top side and a bottom side. The body may include an outer surface extending from the top side and may define a detergent chamber between the outer surface and the bottom side. The detergent chamber may be at least partially formed by an upper sidewall, a lower sidewall and a bottom wall extending between the upper and lower sidewall. In addition, the dispenser module may also include at least one flow diverter extending outwardly from the outer surface at a location adjacent to the upper sidewall of the detergent chamber. The flow diverter(s) may be angled in a direction of a fluid collection opening defined through a top of the upper sidewall such that fluid flowing downwardly along the outer surface of the body is directed into the fluid collection opening.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing an improved cellular user quality of experience (QoE) are disclosed. The system can comprise a database including multiple cell towers and their operating frequencies. The system can also include a database of frequencies for a plurality of user equipment (UE). The system enables user to input a chosen UE, a chosen location, and a connection type. The system can then provide a compatibility map depicting the coverage provided by cell towers proximate the chosen location that operate at the same frequencies as the chosen UE. Improved knowledge of UE and cell tower compatibility in areas of interest to the user can improve cellular customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, and reduce UE returns.

Abstract: A filter assembly for filtering wash fluid to be recirculated by a circulation pump in a dishwasher appliance is provided. The filter assembly includes a first filter member and a second filter member. The first filter member defines a first filter panel and the second filter member defines a second filter panel. The first filter panel is spaced from the second filter panel along an axial direction of the filter assembly and is configured in series flow with the second filter panel. More particularly, the first and second filter panels are configured such that wash fluid is filtered by the first filter panel and by the second filter panel prior to being recirculated by the circulation pump.

Abstract: An intramedullary bone fixation device is provided with an elongate body having a longitudinal axis and an actuator to deploy at least one gripper to engage an inner surface of the intramedullary space to anchor the fixation device to the bone. Methods of repairing a fracture of a bone are also disclosed. Abstract: A passive diverter is provided that does not require a dedicated motor to switch between multiple outlet ports. The diverter uses the forces provided by a flow of fluid from a pump to switch between different outlet ports and supply one or more spray assemblies or other fluid-using elements. A separate motor to power the diverter is not required, which allows a savings in costs and space. In addition, a secondary set of ramps may provide a manner in which to “zero” the angular position of the diverter, i.e., place the diverter in a known, home position. This can reduce the additional cost, weight, and complexity of including additional sensors to determine the angular position of the diverter.

The controller performs first material moving operations including tip head operations until the void at the second work area is filled to a predetermined extent. The controller performs second material moving operation including backstacking operations until a predetermined amount of material has been moved from the first work area.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to apparatus and methods for manufacturing continuous sucker rods with protective coatings. One embodiment provides a coating system including a first drive station disposed on a first end of a coating line, a second drive station disposed on a second end of the coating line to move a continuous sucker rod along the coating line from the first drive station to the second drive station, a heater disposed along the coating line, and a first coating station disposed along the coating line.

Abstract: Diverter valves and associated dishwashers with continuous calibration are provided. An example dishwasher includes a diverter valve assembly. The diverter valve assembly is configured to output a signal having a plurality of pulses. Each of the plurality of pulses has an activation time indicative of movement of the diverter valve assembly into one of a plurality of positions. The dishwasher performs operations including receiving the signal from the diverter valve assembly and determining a current activation time associated with the most recent pulse exhibited by the signal. The operations include determining a current position of the plurality of positions based at least in part on the current activation time and a plurality of average activation times respectively associated with the plurality of positions. The operations include, after determining the current position, updating the average activation time associated with the current position based at least in part on the current activation time.

Abstract: A variable position diverter that provides wash fluid to selected combinations of outlet ports and spray assemblies. The diverter includes a housing having a first fluid outlet, a second fluid outlet, and a valve disk having four apertures. The valve disk is rotated relative to the housing to align one or more of the four apertures with one or both of the first fluid outlet and the second fluid outlet to selectively control the flow of wash fluid through corresponding spray assemblies. Selectively diverting wash fluid in this manner can improve wash performance and reduce cycle time while meeting government regulations regarding water usage.
