A wash pump assembly includes a wash pump impeller and a supply conduit, the wash pump impeller being configured for urging the wash fluid through the cylindrical filter screen and into the supply conduit. A filter cleaning assembly includes a filter cleaning manifold positioned proximate the cylindrical filter screen and in fluid communication with the supply conduit and one or more vertical spray arms extending along the vertical direction adjacent the cylindrical filter screen, the one or more vertical spray arms defining a plurality of outer ports in fluid communication with the filter cleaning manifold, the plurality of outer ports being positioned and oriented for directing the wash fluid at least partially along a circumferential direction about the cylindrical filter screen.

Abstract: A method of determining a position of a diverter of a fluid circulation system in a dishwasher appliance includes determining a total amount of water supplied to the dishwasher appliance; activating a pump at a predetermined speed in response to determining the total amount of water supplied to the dishwasher appliance, the predetermined speed being based on the determined total amount of water; measuring a fluid pressure of an amount of sump water provided within a sump of the dishwasher appliance after activating the pump at the predetermined speed, the amount of sump water being at least part of the total amount of water; and determining a position of the diverter in response to measuring the fluid pressure of the amount of sump water, the position of the diverter being dependent on the measured fluid pressure.

Abstract: A method executed by a computing device includes determining a set of identigens for each phrase word of a phrase to produce sets of identigens. A set of identigens of the sets of identigens represents one or more different meanings of a phrase word of the phrase. The method further includes obtaining sensor information for one or more phrase words of the phrase. The method further includes selecting an identigen of a first set of identigens based on the sensor information to produce a first identigen selection for the first set of identigens having a selected meaning of one or more different meanings of the first phrase word. The method further includes interpreting remaining sets of identigens of the sets of identigens to produce an entigen group so that the entigen group represents a most likely meaning interpretation of the phrase.

Abstract: A dishwasher appliance includes a tub defining a wash chamber for receipt of a load of articles for washing, a door providing selective access to the wash chamber, and a camera assembly mounted with a view of the load of articles. A controller is configured to determine that a cleaning cycle has been completed, obtain a first image using the camera assembly, determine that the door has been opened, obtain a second image using the camera assembly, determine that a predetermined number of articles from the load of articles has been removed from the wash chamber based at least in part on the first image and the second image, and provide a user notification that the load of articles is dirty in response to determining that the predetermined number of articles has been removed from the wash chamber.

Abstract: A system is described for controlling access to resources using an object model. Users can specify use cases for accessing resources. The user may be granted access if the user satisfies qualifications required for accessing the resource, selected a use case permissible for accessing the resource, and satisfies qualifications required for the use case. Use cases, qualifications, resources, and/or links between them can be implemented using an object model. The system can be used in addition to authentication and authorization.

Abstract: User-zeroable adjustment knobs for an aiming device include a rotating member that is rotated to change a setting of the aiming device, a dial selectively couplable to the rotating member via a clutch for co-rotation therewith, and a locking mechanism that prevents the dial and rotating member from rotating relative to the aiming device when the locking mechanism is locked. The clutch is disengagable without the use of tools to allow the dial to rotate relative to the rotating member for zeroing the aiming device. The locking mechanism may include a lock release that is accessible from outside of the dial and movable relative to the dial and the rotating member to release the locking mechanism. Methods of zeroing locking adjustment knobs are also disclosed.

This construction results in an insulating chamber that is substantially impervious to water and other liquids when the closure is sealed.
