  • Patent number: 11460910
Abstract: A rack in a datacenter is powered by a first power feed and a second power feed. The rack supports a plurality of servers which have a maximum combined power consumption which is greater than a maximum supplied power from either the first power feed or the second power feed. When power is lost from one of the power feeds, a rack manager reduces the total power consumption of the plurality of servers by throttling at least one of the servers and/or shutting off at least one of the plurality of servers.

  • Publication number: 20220278684
Abstract: An integrated circuit includes first and second bus terminals, a pass-gate transistor, first and rising time accelerator (RTA) control circuits, and first and second falling time accelerator (FTA) control circuits. The pass-gate transistor couples between the first and second bus terminals. The first RTA control circuit couples to the first bus terminal, detects a rising edge on the first bus terminal, and accelerates the rising edge on the first bus terminal. The first FTA control circuit couples to the first bus terminal, detects a falling edge on the first bus terminal having a slope below a threshold, and accelerates the falling edge on the first bus terminal. The second RTA and FTA control circuits function similar to the first RTA and FTA control circuits but with respect to the second bus terminal.

  • Patent number: 11419475
Abstract: Dishwashing appliances and methods, as provided herein, may include features or steps such as measuring an initial pressure in a sump with a pressure sensor, activating a drain pump when the measured initial pressure in the sump is greater than or equal to a first pressure threshold, and starting a timer when the drain pump is activated. Dishwashing appliances and methods may further include features or steps for monitoring pressure within the sump with the pressure sensor after activating the drain pump, recording a value of the timer as a first time when the monitored pressure reaches a second pressure threshold, calculating a time limit based on the recorded first time value, and determining that the filter is clogged when the monitored pressure does not reach a third pressure threshold before the time limit expires.

  • Patent number: 11407579
Abstract: An insulating device can include an aperture having a waterproof closure which allows access to the chamber within the insulating device. The closure can help prevent any fluid leakage into and out of the insulating device if the insulating device is overturned or in any configuration other than upright. The closure may also prevent any fluid from permeating into the chamber if the insulating device is exposed to precipitation, other fluid, or submersed under water. The insulating device may include a back panel support structure and shoulder straps allowing the device to be worn as a backpack. This construction results in an insulating chamber that is substantially impervious to water and other liquids when the closure is sealed.

The hot plate heater may include a conductive body and a resistive heating element. The conductive body may have a chamber surface disposed within the wash chamber and an internal surface directed away from the wash chamber. The resistive heating element may be mounted outside of the wash chamber in thermal communication with the conductive body. The fan may be held within the cabinet outside of the wash chamber to motivate an airflow across the resistive heating element. The conduit may lead from an inlet disposed outside of the wash chamber to an outlet defined through the tub downstream from the fan.
