  • Publication number: 20240012052
Abstract: For example, a macro model of a semiconductor integrated circuit device is used in a circuit design simulator, and comprises a plurality of functional blocks and a characteristic setting block. The functional blocks are each configured to cause the circuit design simulator to show approximate representation or equivalent representation of the characteristic of the semiconductor integrated circuit device. The characteristic setting block sets at least one of a plurality of internal parameters provided in the functional blocks by using array data derived from evaluation measurement data obtained by actual measurement of the semiconductor integrated circuit device.

  • Patent number: 10199974
Abstract: When a motor is started up, an initial position detection circuit detects the initial position of a rotor using an inductive sensing method. An automatic parameter generating circuit determines a parameter to be used by the initial position detection circuit. The automatic parameter generating circuit measures: (i) a first time period ?+ required for a coil current to reach a threshold after a first polarity voltage is applied across an electrode pair of the motor; and (ii) a second time period ?? required for the coil current to reach a threshold after a second polarity voltage is applied across the electrode pair, for each threshold value, while the threshold value used in the measurement is changed. The threshold that provides a maximum difference between the first time period ?+ and the second time period ?? is held as the parameter to be used by the initial position detection circuit.

  • Patent number: 7286422
Abstract: A test circuit employs hardware to test a memory cell in a memory block. The address of an error cell detected is stored in a first or second error address register. Access made by a processor to the address of the error cell would be detected by a first or second address comparator. Data is then written to a first or second correction register, which serves as an alternative cell, or data is read from one of the registers.

  • Publication number: 20040104904
Abstract: Image data to be the frame image is pre-stored in a display memory, while only an updating area in a display memory, namely an area image data of a specific area, is DMA transferred. Therefore, the amount of data transfer required for the captured image data is reduced, and the numbers of operation times of transferring the image data is also reduced.
