    Abstract: A system is disclosed which comprises a combination of a camera module with a host system for processing image data. The host system receives the image data as frame rate measuring information from the camera module and measures the frame rate with the use of the image data. The host system is so configured as to, if the measured frame rate is not fitted to a transfer rate specification of the system, control the camera module and adjust the frame rate of the image data.
