    Abstract: A hermetic compressor and a refrigeration cycle device having the same are provided. An oil separator is installed either outside or inside of a casing to separate oil from a discharged refrigerant and an oil pump driven by a driving force of a motor is used to recollect the oil separated in the oil separator, whereby the separation between oil and refrigerant can effectively be performed and also a fabricating cost can be reduced. Also, an introduction of the separated refrigerant back into the compressor can be prevented so as to improve a cooling capability of the refrigeration cycle device. In addition, the oil pump is driven by the driving force of the motor, resulting in a simple configuration of the compressor and a reduction of a fabricating cost of the compressor.

An upper portion of the floating gate structure is wider than a lower portion of the floating gate structure, and the lower portion of the floating gate structure has a width less than a width of the tunnel insulating layer. First insulation layer portions are formed in the semiconductor substrate and project from the semiconductor substrate such that the floating gate structure is disposed between the projecting first insulation layer portions.     Abstract: A compressor and oil separation device therefore are provided. The oil separation device is integrated with a compressor and includes a first case having a refrigerant inlet into which a refrigerant mixed with oil is sucked and an oil recollecting member through which oil separated from the refrigerant flows, and a second case positioned outside of the first case and having a refrigerant outlet through which refrigerant separated from an oil is discharged. With this constructions, a pipe connecting the compressor and a separate oil separation device is not required, thereby reducing fabrication costs and facilitating installation.

The negative resist composition according to the present invention includes a binder resin consisting of a copolymer including four predetermined monomers, a (meth)acryl monomer including at least 3 (meth)acryl groups, a (meth)acryl monomer including one or two (meth)acryl groups and a photo-initiator. The negative resist composition according to the present invention may be useful to significantly increase the manufacturing yield because it shows an extremely low brittleness during a bonding process or a hot process due to good physical properties such as film retention, pattern stability, adhesion to a substrate, and chemical resistance, as well as good flexibility upon formation of the pattern.

    Abstract: A method of generating a photomask order used to manufacture photomasks using a tooling specification generating system including generating a tooling specification by creating, modifying and/or deleting components of a logical operation that is represented by the tooling specification. Aliases for the operators that make up expressions in the logical operation may be modified as desired by the photomask customer.
