The system compares the first facial image with the second facial image to determine whether first matching criteria are met. The system, after generating the identity chain, receives a request to perform a transaction and receiving second authentication information that includes third facial image data for the user. The system determines whether the third facial image meets second matching criteria by comparing the third facial image with respective image data of the identity chain. The system, in accordance with a determination that the third facial image user meets the second matching criteria, transmits authorization information for the transaction.

    Abstract: Computer systems and methods are provided for training a machine learning system to determine an authentication decision and deleting personal data from the machine learning system in a way that cancels any results of the training based on that personal data. A deletion request is received from a user device, the deletion request designating a first image. In response, a server creates an inverse attribute for the first image, the inverse attribute contradicting an initial attribute that was associated with the first image when the first image was initially received. The server updates a machine learning system based on the first image and the inverse attribute. Subsequent to updating the machine learning model, the server deletes the first image from data storage of the machine learning system.

The first image data includes a first image of a document. The computer system generates an image hash based on at least a portion of the received image data. The stored image hash is associated with a first predetermined authentication decision. In accordance with a determination that the generated image hash meets the image matching criteria, the computer system transmits the first predetermined authentication decision to the remote third party.

The method may comprise processing a speaker queue for at least one new speaker and monitoring when a number of active speakers is less than a predetermined number of active speakers. When less than the predetermined number, the method automatically, without human intervention, adds a new speaker from the speaker queue. A request for a new speaker may be received via a communication channel independent of a voice communication channel of the multi-party conference call. The request may be received from the conference endpoint via a voice communication channel of the multi-party conference call. In an example embodiment, new speakers in the speaker queue may be prioritized based a class of service associated with each new speaker. Priority may be given to a new speaker with a higher associated class of service.
