Abstract: A headgear tray assembly for facilitating a work surface for rolling a cigarette includes an article of headgear that is wearable on a user. The article of headwear has a brim and a lip is coupled to the brim. The lip surrounds the brim such that the lip defines a border around the brim. The border inhibits the smoking material from falling off of the brim while rolling the cigarette.

Abstract: An exercise device comprising a stretchable elongated element comprising a pair of coaxial stretchable elongated elements, including an inner stretchable elongated element and an outer stretchable elongated element. The outer stretchable elongated element comprising a stretchable elongated tube having a length and defining a channel extending substantially along the entire length of the stretchable elongated tube. The inner stretchable elongated element is received by the channel and extends substantially along the entire length of the stretchable elongated tube The inner stretchable elongated element may also comprise a stretchable elongated tube. The outer stretchable elongated element and the inner stretchable elongated element may have different tensile strengths and may have different moduli of elasticity.

Abstract: A circular fitness apparatus and method. The circular fitness apparatus includes plural flexible exercise attachments attached to a vertical pole in a flat or non-flat circular or other shaped base that can be selected and used for simultaneous group or individual fitness exercises by plural exercise participants. The circular fitness apparatus may be used with or without the base component and may be attached to walls, floors or ceilings at one or both ends. The circular fitness apparatus is useable for group and individual exercise activities comprising health based, skill based and functional based fitness activities and athletic conditioning.
