The first battery unit has a first vent hole facing the plate member. The air flow channel formed between the plate member and the thermal insulation plate.

Abstract: A vehicle battery pack comprises an upper cover, a tray, and a battery cell located within a space defined collectively by the upper cover and the tray. The battery cell has a first side surface provided with a cell exhaust vent or facing the cell exhaust vent. The upper cover, the tray, or both comprises a first side portion adjacent to a second side surface of the battery cell. The first side surface is adjacent to the second side surface. The first side portion is provided with a first ventilation channel for collecting exhaust gas from the battery cell. At least a portion of the first ventilation channel is isolated from the battery cell.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery pack, comprising: a first battery cell; a second battery cell; and a holder having a main body portion that extends between opposite surfaces of the first battery cell and the second battery cell and a supporting portion that extends from the main body portion to a side portion of the first battery cell and/or the second battery cell, wherein the supporting portion includes a groove extending on its outer surface. Through the technical solution of the present disclosure, the battery cells can be effectively fixed, space can be saved, and overall performance and structural strength of the battery pack can be enhanced.

The ventilation device is at least partially located outside the through-hole. The buffer component is located outside the housing and has a protective cavity in fluid communication with the ventilation device, and the ventilation device is located within an orthographic projection of the protective cavity on the housing. The ventilation device may be protected to reduce external impact it may receive, and to permit ventilation when the battery housing assembly is subjected to external forces.

Abstract: A method for forming a ground connection for a battery pack module bracket may include providing a fastener and a battery pack case covered with a clad layer; connecting a module bracket to the battery pack case by the fastener and a mating nut, the nut including an open groove extending axially and open toward a central axis, rotating the nut onto the fastener and scraping off the material of the clad layer of the fastener by the edge of the open groove so that the module bracket is electrically connected with the fastener and the battery pack case through the nut.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of vehicles, and specifically provides a valve for a battery pack. The valve comprises: a valve bracket having a first opening located at one end and a second opening located at the other end; a breathable membrane that covers the first opening; and a piston that covers the second opening and includes a hole closed by an openable sealing portion. The present disclosure also discloses a battery pack using the above-mentioned valve. By using the above-mentioned valve, the pressure inside and outside the battery pack can be balanced, effective waterproof and dustproof can be achieved, and the pressure inside the battery pack can be more effectively controlled when it rises rapidly.

The battery cell assembly includes a battery cell and a pair of side plates located on opposite sides of the battery cell. At least one of the side plates is provided with a connecting structure configured to connect an adjacent battery cell assembly. The battery cell assembly further includes a cooling component integrated at least partially into the side plate for cooling the battery cell. Integrating a portion of the cooling component and the connecting structure into the side plate eliminates the need for additional cooling plates, which not only increases efficiency and facilitates the assembly of multiple battery cell assemblies, but also increases space utilization, thereby increasing energy density of the battery.

The humidity control device proposed by the present disclosure has a more simplified overall structure, lower manufacturing and installation costs, long service life, and more convenient maintenance, achieving humidity control inside the vehicle battery pack, thereby improving user satisfaction.

Abstract: Computing technologies for benchmarking, which may be based on a k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) algorithm or another suitable machine learning algorithm, solve a cold start problem for a recommender engine employing a collaborative filtering algorithm when training data of user preferences or actual data of user actions is not available. For example, the cold start problem's unavailability of labeled data to train and develop a supervised model may be addressed by breaking the cold start problem down into two parts. The first part includes a KNN (or another suitable algorithm) model to cluster profiles based on a set of variables and this implementation of the KNN model is unsupervised, since there is no labeled data available to train the KNN model. The second part includes a prioritization algorithm that leverages certain outputs from the KNN model and neighbors to prioritize benchmarks.
