Abstract: A purse which is worn on the hand, comprising a purse having a top side and a bottom side, a top end portion and a bottom end portion. The purse has a pouch portion with an access opening. The access opening is positioned on the top side of the purse. The access opening has a zipper, hook and loop fastening material or other fastening mechanism for opening and closing the access opening. A strap is operably secured to the purse and is positioned at the top end portion of the purse. A digit retaining loop is operably secured to the bottom end portion of the purse and is looped around a finger or a toe to secure and position the purse.
