The access opening has a zipper, hook and loop fastening material or other fastening mechanism for opening and closing the access opening. A strap is operably secured to the purse and is positioned at the top end portion of the purse. A digit retaining loop is operably secured to the bottom end portion of the purse and is looped around a finger or a toe to secure and position the purse.

[0016] In FIG. 1, a hand purse 10, is shown according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, attached to hand 11. Hand purse 10, has a top side 12, and a bottom side 14, a top end portion 16, and a bottom end portion 18. A pouch portion 20, has an access opening 22. Purse 10, may be compsoed of cloth, plastic, leather, paper, or the like. Access opening 22, is preferably positioned on top side 12 of the purse, but may alternatively be place on the bottom side, or on the sides of the purse. Access opening 22, has means for opening and closing the access opening secured thereto, preferably being a zipper 34, or mating pieces of hook and loop fastening material 36, best seen in FIG. 3.

A digit retaining loop 32, is preferably operably secured to bottom end portion 18, of purse 10, and is composed of a durable, resilient material, which is preferably stretchable.

[0018] As seen in FIG. 2 and 4 strap 26 has a fastener hook 28 operably spaced from a fastener eye 30 for tightening, loosening, and other adjustments of strap 26. Of course, other types of fasteners may be used, such as pieces of hook and loop fastening material, buckles, clamps, or the like. Alternatively, if strap 26 is composed of a stretchable material, the fasteners may be eliminated.

[0019] In operation and use, purse 10, may have digit retaining loop 32, configured to fit around a finger, a toe, an arm, a leg, or other body part as desired. However, in most applications digit retaining loop 32, is fitted to purse 10, so as to secure purse 10 to the backside of a hand, as illustrated in Figs, 1, 2, 3, and 4. It is also possible, if desired, to add one of more additional pockets 36, seen in FIG. 3, for additional carrying space.

[0020] Additional advantages and modification will readily occur to those skilled in the art. The invention in its broader aspects is, therefore, not limited to the specific details, representative apparatus and illustrative examples shown and described. Accordingly, departures from such details may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the applicant's general inventive concept.
