  • Patent number: 11400354
Abstract: A portable outdoor game that may include a ramp, a target, and one or more projectiles. The ramp may include an elongated runner and an elevation structure. The elevation structure may be positioned at one end of the runner and lift that end of the runner from a playing surface, creating an angled incline in the runner relative to the playing surface. Projectiles may roll or slide across the runner in the direction of the elevation structure. The projectiles may become airborne after traveling over the elevation structure and land within or near the target.

  • Publication number: 20220198047
Abstract: A process control system software security architecture, that is more effective at preventing zero-day or other types of malware attacks, implements the use of “least privileges” when executing the applications and services run within a computer device. The least privileges based architecture separates “service” processes from desktop applications that run on behalf of a logged-on user by partitioning the global namespace of the software system into service namespaces and logged-on user namespaces, and by strictly controlling communications between the applications and services in these different namespaces using interprocess communications. Moreover, the security architecture uses custom accounts to assure that each service process has the least set of privileges that are needed for implementing its function regardless of the privileges associated with the calling application or user.

  • Publication number: 20220097851
Abstract: An aircraft store ejector systems and subsystems thereof. Embodiments can include a two-reservoir re-pressurization system wherein a remote reservoir is used to maintain desired pressure in a local ejector reservoir. The system can include a release valve having a vent valve and valve piston. The release valve can control release of pressurized gas to a pitch control valve. The pitch control valve can be configured to distribute the pressurized gas between two or more ejector piston assemblies. One or more of the ejector piston assemblies can include multiple concentric piston stages and piston chambers, the piston chambers configured to contain a volume of gas. The ejector piston assemblies can be configured to compress the volume of gas within the piston chambers as the piston stages are extended out from the aircraft. Such compression can provide a return force to the piston stages.

  • Publication number: 20210008166
Abstract: This disclosure provides a method of preventing, alleviating or treating a condition (i.e., neutropenia) in a subject in need thereof, the condition characterized by compromised white blood cell production in the subject. The method includes administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a protein complex on the same day as a chemotherapy regimen, wherein the protein complex is a modified human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (hG-CSF) covalently linked to an immunoglobulin Fc region via a non-peptidyl polymer. The non-peptidyl polymer is site-specifically linked to an N-terminus of the immunoglobulin Fc region, and the modified hG-CSF comprises substitutions in at least one of Cys17 and Pro65.
